I am forever grateful to the Lord that in my 25th year, I met my secretaries who made their way successful in Canada. To mention, Rino D. Caballes (1999-2009) ; Honey M. Migue ( 2009-2012) with Jezer D. Paro ( 2009-2012) and Sheerah D. Paro ( 2012-2018) . I believe this is also one of my greatest achievement to learn that the training they have from FCS had made them truly blessed. Thank you sa free ride, sumptous food, overnight accomodation, gifts and most is the wonderful BANFF experience.

We'd like to express our gratitude to St. Michael Parish of Padada for allowing us to be a part of Father Urbano "Banny" L. Pardillo, Jr. DCD's 25th Sacerdotal Anniversary celebration. The presence of Bishop B**g Lunas and the lively dance performance joined by Bishop Guillermo Afable contributed greatly to the overall success of this joyful occassion. Viva Jesus! Viva Mama Mary!

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻'𝘀

Today, we'd like to address a recent concern raised by one of our industry partners here in Digos City. As much as we want to handle matters privately, we felt the need to address her concerns through this platform as we heard no response after messaging her a couple of times. Instead, we were informed that her concerns were posted on social media.

She booked our venue for her client yesterday, July 26, 2023. She handled food catering and also hired an outsourced decorator.

We want to address the points mentioned in her now-deleted post:

𝟏. 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫.

In her own words, "huboan nila totally ang hall." I'd like to emphasize that she was already made aware that the venue will be bare as the decorations were not part of our contract. It is clear in our conversation that she was informed of this (screenshot posted).

In line with this, she mentioned "magpa charge diay sa client para sa ceiling works, mao diay. Pera pera lang yan." Ceiling works are not part of venue rental (at least for us) and is considered an event décor. We pay our staff to install these and we also have to account for materials in providing ceiling works.

𝟐. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬

We apologize that it was not up to your standards. We did have the staff clean the area but she had to redo it as there were still some crew decorating. We did check the CCTV and saw that the area was clean before the event started. However, we do recognize that this is an area that we should constantly improve on.

We also agreed on CLAYGO policy, and when we asked one of your waiters to message you regarding post-event clean up (since you were not answering our messages), he showed us your reply saying "pasagdahi sila, ingna wala ko nag reply" (non-verbatim).

Moving forward, we will work diligently to establish more explicit communication channels and ensure all parties are aligned on event details and expectations. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to learning and improving from every experience.
