Achieving holistic development one child at a time through a series of positive, encouraging, & informational conversations. #TheFutureisBata
Mangarap nang malalim ✨ Concluded our well-being sessions at foundation last week. This is always a favorite out of our activities. We ask kids into imagine where they are in 10 years time — what they’re doing, how they feel about their lives, who they’re helping, and why.
We want to instill the importance of DREAMING and putting in the work by developing their habits and setting goals. Many of them want to be a teacher, some doctors, some lawyers, some want to live simple peaceful lives as fishermen living near the ocean. In 10 years time we’ll see. There is so much hope for our kids.
Tiny Blessings is a foundation dedicated to help and house street children, orphans, and kids with incarcerated parents. Send them a message to know more on how to help kids’ dreams come true ☺️
GRADUATION DAY ✨️✨️ Concluded our last session for our last batch for the year!!! See you in 2023 for more ANGAT KABATAAN WEL-BEING learing sessions.
Looking back at our INTENTIONS class ✨️ Sharing the artworks this batch of kids came up with after visualizing their futures
This week's session was all about our kids' VISION for their future. Thank you so much ate Ingrid Resurreccion of .ittt for helping them visualize what they want thru the power of ART! 🎨
We would also like to thank for your generosity in sponsoring art materials for each kid! Maraming salamat po for the continuous support ✨️
Mindfulness and emotional literacy are important aspects of our overall well-being. ✨️
Our bodies hold a lot of our emotions, and mindfulness on where and when emotions arise take work and practice. First step is to identify. Once we develop awareness, we can consciously practice feeling our emotions and pausing before any response or reaction.
Learning about our emotional wellness through breathing and movement. Inviting kids to learn how to center and find grounding in themselves.
Thank you so much to our Yoga teacher today for taking the time to sit and twist with the kids today!
Day 1 of Batch 2 of our Well-being Program for the Youth ✨️ glad to have been graced by 21 student participants. Cannot wait to shair their stories with you.

Last weekend, we culminated the first batch of our Angat Kabataan - Well-being Program for the Youth ✨️
Tinapos namin ang program na sinasagot ang tanong na: Paano natin magagamit nag ating mga natutunan upang makatukong o makapaglingkod sa iba?
Whatever we've learned, the goal is to share it with our communities. By leading ourselves, we are empowered to lead others.
Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng patuloy na sumu-suporta. Malapit na ang susunod na batch. We will post details on how you can support. 🙂
Mangarap ng malalim ✨️
This week is all about giving these kids a space to DREAM. So much of our dreams are being limited by our circumstances, the people around us, and the ceiling already determined by others. Today's objective is to simply let our kids know that they are ALLOWED to dream not only higher, but also deeper, and they can give themselves permission to visualize their intentions and map out their actions accordingly. 💯
The prompt wasn't to visualize their dream jobs, but their dream life. One of the kids didn't draw anything pertaining to a specific job and simply said "Gusto ko lang ng magandang buhay at mundo." ✨️
"You have to know yourself to love yourself. When we become kinder to ourselves, we become kinder to the world."
This week, we explored our IDENTITY. ✨️ Here's a SELF AFFIRMATION practice you can try to get to know yourself more and boost your confidence. Look at yourself in the mirror and think of 1 positive thing about you. Say it out loud and own it. 💯
This is part of our Well-Being program for the youth in partnership with Angat Dangal Cainta.
Snaps from day 1 of our Angat Kabataan program in partnership with Angat Dangal Cainta. Day 1 was all about WELL-BEING. ✨️
Glad to be able to talk to the youth again and hear their stories. Looking forward to the next 8 weeks we'll spend together in this program and the growth we'll all see in each other 💯
ANGAT KABATAAN - A Holistic Well-being Program for the Youth ✨️
We are back! Glad to share to everyone that we have officially launched this program today. Thank you so much to Angat Dangal Cainta for partnering with is to make this happen. We're excited to share the next few weeks with you! 💯
Bumoto ng tama para sa mga bata! 🗳
As we commemorate the 36th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, let us remember: THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER.
For this week's CUP of facts, we’ll focus more on the large-scale initiatives that are currently in implementation to combat the aforementioned environmental issues. From the national policies to international movements, we’ll look over these crises on a wider lens and see through the challenges on their implementation.

Huge thanks to all our families, friends, partner organizations, speakers, and volunteers who have believed in this cause and joined us in this journey. 😍 You're our inspiration! 😊

#TheFutureIsBata
Making an impact, one kid at a time. BataPH was created to spread positivity and help children reach their full potential. We want to contribute to children's holistic development by conducting a series of positive, encouraging, and informational conversations on topics and ideas that are not usually discussed in the classroom or at home.
