Perezes is an Architectural and an Architectural Interior practice established in 2012. A progressive design studio based in Cebu, Philippines.
The office creates designs which are aimed for clean, functional, and a sense of serenity by the use of space, light, passive cooling and volume. We are heavily inclined with modern values, clean lines, and forms that allow the architecture itself. The result is an architecture that is current but timeless, tranquil yet warm, and universally rational while also being uniquely reflective of the characters of our clients.
