Our students explored the art of food and wellness at Gourmet Farms in Silang, Cavite, enjoyed a delightful lunch at Danielito's Home of Kitchen, and visited the Dairy Training and Research Institute in Los Baños to learn about dairy science and research. An enriching day of hands-on experiences in the world of nutrition! 🥗🧀

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: The Malacañang has suspended all levels of classes in private and public schools, as well as government work, on Monday and Tuesday, October 14 and 15, 2024. This suspension is to accommodate the numerous participants expected to travel to Manila and Pasay for the opening of the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR).

Make-up classes are advised to be conducted after the two-day class suspensions to ensure continuity of learning.

Ensuring our athletes are properly fueled and hydrated is key to their peak performance on and off the court. 💪
