We are the Grade 12 - Amethyst Students, and we are here to serve you an extraordinary kind of food that will surely satisfy your cravings, stuff your stomach full, and will trigger your sleeping taste buds.
P**o is a Filipino steamed rice cake, traditionally made from slightly fermented rice dough (galapong). It is eaten as is or as an accompaniment to a number of savoury dishes (most notably, dinuguan). P**o is also an umbrella term for various kinds of indigenous steamed cakes, including those made without rice. It is a sub-type of kakanin (rice cakes).
We sell:

•P**o-pao (P**o + Siopao)
•P**o-flan (P**o + Leche flan)
•Kutsinta (A red or yellow steamed rice cake with a chewy, jelly-like consistency)
•Masi (A glutinous rice, steamed, and topped with muscovado sugar)
Perfect for party potlucks, food and beverage accompaniment, or simply just a merienda for your family and friends. We sell room-by-room at Lopez Jaena National High School during Mondays and Wednesdays.
This may not be your typical kind of food, but we do assure you that the taste is top-tier and worth the price. We are going to enter the food world in a traditional way.
