Last May 22 and 23, 2024, CREBA La Union Chapter attended and co-hosted the CREBA North Luzon Regional Conference with CREBA National, CREBA Pangasinan, CREBA Pampanga and CREBA Baguio - Benguet Chapter as the chairman host and organizer of the successful and prestigious event. The 2-day event was attended by CREBA Chapters as far as General Santos, LGUs from different regions, government agencies, real estate and technology suppliers, real estate service professionals and other important real estate stakeholders.
CREBA LU Chapter member organizations supported the well-organized event with sponsorships from RANG-AY BANK, Eufrosina Heights and BHF-developed La Playa Azul Subdivision Dagupan. The club also brought a total of 17 delegates wherein 5 golfers joined the tournament in Baguio Country Club on May 22 and 12 delegates attended the main conference in Hotel Supreme on May 23. Moreover, the Office of the Mayor of Bauang headed by Hon. Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III and represented by Planning and Development Officer, Florence Rulloda, discussed one of the 5-point agenda of CREBA with their talk titled: "Pabalay ti Umili" - the Housing Program of the Municipality of Bauang, La Union."

Strong Start.
Last May 2, 2024, CREBA La Union conducted its first board meeting of the year to discuss its goals and actions plans of the term.
Most importantly, it nominated the Committee Chairmen that would spearhead and implement activities in Membership, Public Image, Programs, Ways and Means, Socio-Civic and External Affairs.

On the topic of Information Communications and Technology Infrastructures and Systems in residential subdivisions:
"In the case of proposed or ongoing projects, the developer has the option to either allocate a portion of the mandatory 30% open space requirement, or provide the ICT area out of the net saleable lots.
In the case of existing subdivisions, the homeowners association (HOA) is required to designate the ICT area out of the open space."

Last April 18, Chairman Randy Berner and President Rem Bonifacio attended the said event to represent CREBA La Union together with representatives from CREBA Pangasinan, CREBA Batangas and CREBA Pampanga.
The event was graced by CREBA National Board headed by its President Noel "Toti" M. Cariño and City Mayor Hon. Benjamin B. Magalong.
