Maximizing potential: Our studio apartment fitout, designed to fit within a P300k budget. Each project has its own set of priorities whereas for this condo unit, the budget dictated the direction to make sure that our client gets the target Return of Investment.

Challenges: Selecting the furniture to fit within the budget and color scheme. Finding the matching laminate for the existing cabinetry and partition.

Achievements: We were able to turnover this project within the budget and within the expected timeline.

Location: Mandaluyong

Compound, which is a prevalent Philippine architectural pattern, host 3-5 families per enclosure. This requires subdividing a lot into smaller areas, as exemplified by our task: redeveloping a 53 sqm footprint into a 3-story residence from a single-story structure within a compound.

The design brief was to design 3-story residence with at least 4 bedrooms for each sibling and their parents, a laundry space, kitchen and living room at the ground floor with a second living room for the family's private use whenever there are visitors in the ground floor.

Leveraging the existing single-story structure as a cornerstone, our design prominently incorporates its layout. Employing neutral tones and thoughtfully selected materials, our approach seamlessly integrates with the surroundings, optimizing natural light pe*******on.

A schematic presentation for one of our clients. The interior design for this project is greatly based on the client's day to day living. We sat down with her and had multiple conversations about how they use their home.

Thankfully, the client was able to share what they want and gave us a lot of input on how we can provide them a layout that functions for their whole family.
