Posted β’ This is Day 2 of the 30-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training Course. The training course will equip yoga practitioners and teachers with a foundational understanding of the neurophysiology of stress and trauma and fundamental skills to adapt the yoga practice to a wide range of populations needing to care for their Nervous Systems to cultivate mental health and well-being.
