Full Coordination package starts at least 9-12 months before your even. the meeting with the event manager at least 8 to 12 times prior to you event day. Rates:
on-the-day coordination Php. 12,000.00
OTD with female host Php. 16,000.00
OTD with male host Php. 20,000.00
OTD with sound system Php. 18,000.00

Terms of payment:
* 30% Down payment to reserve date or event and balance to be paid in full on the day of the event.
* Reservation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
* NO pencil booking
* Out of town charges apply as per Location
