For over a year now, Blissful Bites has been a part of people's joys as they take home a piece or two of our goodies to be shared and enjoyed with between loved ones and family. Be it a big treat or small, if Blissful Bites has made at least one heart happy that day, we are fu

lfilled. An ordinary day can be turned into a sweet one by the simple gesture of being offered a cupcake, or a cookie. We aim to always be a part of that. With Blissful Bites, we are able to exercise our passion. And with that passion, let us and our creations brighten up your day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
• All inquiries will be entertained within 24 -48 hours.

• Comments, suggestions and special requests are highly appreciated. ORDERING
• All goodies are pre-ordered.
• All prices are per dozen except cakes.
• Smaller portions (less than a dozen) and individual packaging - only available in bulk order.
• For regular orders, notify us at least 3-5 days prior to due date with completed order form.
• For customized cakes and cupcakes, notify us at least 1-2 weeks prior to due date with completed order form.
• For bulk orders, notify us at least 2-3 weeks prior to due date with completed order form.
• For rush orders, please notify us immediately. CUSTOMIZATION
• For customized cakes and cupcakes, the buyer or the seller should submit a draft design for approval before the order can be processed for production.
• Final design should be approved 5-7 days prior to due date.
• Make sure to include ALL the details needed in your order form. size/quantity, cake/icing flavor, color, toppers, no. PAYMENT
• A 50% (non-refundable) downpayment is required upon submission of order form. You are given 3 days to settle this. Failure to do so would mean automatic cancellation of order.
• Outstanding balance should be paid in full ON or BEFORE DUE DATE.
• Cancellation of order prior to due date will be allowed ONLY IF the order has not been done. PICK-UP OR DELIVERY
• All goodies are USUALLY for pick-up especially for fragile ones (cakes and cupcakes).
• Strictly NO MEET UPS.
• Deliver at your own risk. We will not be accountable for loss, mishandling and damage during shipment. We make sure that we sent out the goodies in proper condition.
• Delivery will be done by a third party courier, so customer will be shouldering the shipping fee.
• Please take note that shipping food can be costly. (Shipping fee: starts at PHP100.00 depending on quantity and weight)

SAFETY TIPS (Shelf-life)
• It’s always best to eat your goodies while it’s still fresh!
• Please take note that humidity has a great effect on storing your goodies.
• Bars and cookies last 5 to 7 days in an air-tight container.
• You can increase shelf-life of bars and cookies in an air-tight container by placing them in the freezer. Thaw for an hour before serving.
• Cakes and cupcakes last 2 to 3 days at room temperature (20 - 24°C).
• You can increase shelf-life of cakes and cupcakes by placing them in the fridge.
• Cakes and Cupcakes frosted with egg-white or dairy-based icing should be eaten within 1-2 days.
• Customized cakes or cupcakes covered with fondant or royal icing (hard icing) should NEVER be placed in a fridge if you want to keep the design intact.
