Day 4 of CBA and COA Week 2024 was filled with excitement and valuable insights!

The day began with innovative minds at work as DYCIan business students presented their Business Innovation projects, showcasing their interventions for actual Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bocaue.

In the afternoon, CBA and COA Got Talent participants wowed the audience with their diverse talents and performances. This was followed by the Job Search Masterclass, where graduating DYCIans gained crucial career insights, preparing them for life after graduation.

The day concluded with the JPIA Closing Rites, celebrating the achievements and hard work of our DYCI Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants members.

Day 3 of CBA and COA Week 2024 was packed with inspiration and creativity!

The day kicked off with an enlightening session by Mr. Richard Thaddeus Carvajal, a young entrepreneur and 2017 Outstanding Filipino Achiever in Business and Finance. Following this, 'Kwentong Barber' with Mr. Edward Barber delved into finding life's purpose with God. Simultaneously, the AccounThink Quiz Bee, featuring participants from various schools in Bulacan, added an exciting atmosphere to the morning.

In the afternoon, the brilliance of Batch 2024 was on full display as they presented their top research papers at the Research Colloquium, guiding our incoming 4th Year students in their Management Research journey for the next academic year.

Capping off the day was 'Expressions in Motion,' showcasing the artistic flair of talented 1st Year students.

Day 2 of CBA and COA Week 2024 continues with Ms. Russelle Garcia, student-vlogger and SK Chairperson, and Ms. Lyqa Maravilla, online educational content creator, author, podcast host, and resource speaker. Additionally, our 2nd Year business students presented their innovative project proposals for a sustainable DYCI campus.

Day 1 of CBA and COA Week 2024 kicks off with the theme 'Horizon: Expand Your Entrepreneurial Vision'! Today's highlight features an inspiring talk by Ms. Pearl Hung—a life advocate, influential beauty queen, international mentor, and millennial entrepreneur. Additionally, the Business Bonanza organized by 1st Year students opened, showcasing their capstone projects in Business Venture Planning. The week also started with exciting basketball, volleyball, and chess games.

Online registration is required before taking the DYCI College Entrance Test (DYCI-CET) and enrolling in the Accountancy and Accounting Information System programs.

Congratulations to the graduating students of BS Accountancy (BSA) and BS Accounting Information System (BSAIS) for successfully defending their management research in their final defense!

Their research topics covered a wide spectrum, showcasing the depth and breadth of their studies:

In BSA, they investigated topics such as fraud, compliance management, cloud-based ERP systems, e-accounting adoption, strategic management accounting, and inventory shrinkage.

Meanwhile, BSAIS explored issues including financial technology, cloud computing, business analytics, electronic payments and tax declaration, and big data analytics.

A special thank you goes to our panel chair, Dean Evangeline Balboa, and our esteemed members, Mr. Edgar Chang and Ms. Lyn Andres, for their invaluable contributions and guidance throughout this academic journey.
