"Finally Home"

After a month long break from the gym, I am finally back home at Anytime Fitness Clark 🏋‍♀️

Been a long while since my last good workout.
I enjoyed eating all the good food of December by the way! 😋

With the past December grind of continuous event work, I was reminded that my health is my priority.

I need to take care of myself;
So I can take care of my clients;
So I can take care of my team.

I got sick during the 2nd half of December but no one can tell (thank you meds & vitamins!). Also because people always see me at the top of my game: smiling, hosting and dancing even!

Because that is what I promised my clients.
You hire me, I give you my very best.

I show up for work.
If I cannot, then I will surely find a way to help you.

So lesson of the story is,
Take care of yourself.

It is your responsibility too.
