Send us a message or call us to check the availability of the product. We will let you know as soon as possible if the product is still available. For online orders, you can deposit your payment thru our bank account. Once we verify your deposit, we will send you the product as soon as possible thru LBC. DO YOU ACCEPT PRE-ORDER? We gladly accept pre-orders. If you need a product that’s not in our product list, let us know. We will inform you if we could get the product for you. We require deposit(nonrefundable) for pre-orders. We will update you as soon as the product arrives in the Philippines. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? Unfortunately, our products cannot be returned once purchased although we may allow exchanges in some instances. The following are just some of the reasons why we can’t accept returns:
1. We sell brand new products and we inspect them before we sell them. When buying in person, we ask that the buyer inspect the product thoroughly before buying it.
