DIGITAL EYE STRAIN IN CHILDREN

Children who spend too much time in front of screens can develop digital eye strain, a group of eye and vision-related problems that results from prolonged usage of computers, tablets, e-readers, and cell phones which causes increased stress to near vision in particular. Symptoms include dry eyes, itchy eyes, blurry vision and headaches. These are temporary and cause no permanent damage to the eyes.
