We, Filipinos, have always loved putting many kinds of sauces on our food to enhance its flavor and to add more character to the dish. This unique habit of ours has led to the creation of the Filipino-Negrense Bistro, SARSÁ.
Sarsa is where new flavors are born and methodologies of cooking revisited taken from the many regions of the Philippines. It features traditional Filipino and Negrense dishes, done in a contemporary practice using only the best of ingredients.
Renowned Negrense chef JP Anglo has spear-headed these exciting changes in Sarsa and has done subtly so with flair without forgetting the roots of our beloved Filipino dishes. He introduces a plethora of new dishes every six months, thus ensuring that customers will always have something to look forward to.
