4G Diagnostic Laboratory is a DOH Licensed Secondary Clinical Laboratory located in Maayon, Capiz. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory test, the Department of Health mandates all licensed clinical laboratories to participate in the yearly National External Quality Assessment Scheme (NEQAS).

Last September 26, 2023. A representative 4G Diagnostic Laboratory attended the "Department of Heath (DOH) Consultative Meeting and Cascading of Policies to Various Health Facility Stakeholders in Western Visayas" at Zuri Hotel, Iloilo City.

These is to show our clients and patients that 4g Diagnostic Laboratory continues to follow the mandate of the Department of Health to provide an Accurate and Precise Laboratory Results to Maayon, Capiz and its neighboring towns. These meetings are essential for us to know any updates in the new policies of DOH regarding to Clinical Laboratory Operations.
