This page has been quiet for a long time, and I want to share why.

Over the past year, I returned to my full-time career in Human Resources, not out of choice, but necessity. When I left my job in 2022, my heart was set on following the Divine’s call to use my gift of healing to help others. However, I faced unexpected challenges when a group of practitioners energetically attacked me, blocking the small income I earned from healing, incense, and crystals. This led me back to the corporate world—a path I still cherish and am grateful for.

Since March 2023, I’ve focused on my HR career while reflecting deeply on whether energy healing and esoteric practices are truly meant for me. As part of this reflection, I decided to close the online shop linked to this page and stop offering Reiki and Angel healing services.

In the midst of this, I took a significant step by enrolling in a course to become a Certified Happiness Coach. I’ve completed the course and am now awaiting my certificate.

As a Happiness Coach, my mission is to guide others beyond mere pleasure, helping them discover their higher purpose and meaning.

I’m currently developing a coaching program that will be available in both 1-on-1 and group sessions, with the ultimate goal of integrating my Reiki practice into this new approach.

The card I pulled tonight after my meditation, shown below, affirmed that I am still called to share my healing gifts, but now in a more inclusive way—one that also embraces the workplace setting.

It was my late tarot reader turned some kind of counselor, August, who first opened my mind to the idea of “sitting with my negative emotions” (sadness, grief, loneliness, etc). What he meant was for me to acknowledge what or how I feel at a given moment, instead of running away from it or doing any form of denial.

He introduced to the works of Eckhart Tolle (made me read Eckhart’s books The Power of Now and New Earth).

I will not be ashamed to admit that it took me years to fully understand August’s guide “to sit with my emotions” really means.

To be able to do it, it takes courage because it’s almost always ain’t pretty or easy. In fact, when I started to do it, it made me understand why a lot of people would choose to deny, ran away, or bury their pain, because it’s almost always easier to do. But facing my pain, grief, sorrow, sadness, or loneliness also taught me that I heal and recover faster from it.

So when I do my Harmony Grove energy healing for others, facing one’s emotions (negative) is something that I encourage and try to guide the person on, when this need comes up during the session.

At some point in life, we all encounter someone who's healing from heartbreak, loss, or tough times. It could be family, friends, or even someone from work. We step into the role of a comforter.

Sometimes, words fail us when we want to show care or understanding. I've found that during my own difficult moments, the most precious times were when people didn't say much. They reached out, sat with me, and let me feel whatever I needed to. No advice or comforting words – just presence.

In those moments, I could explore my emotions, understand where they came from, and sit with them. It's in those times that I've grown.

I've learned that telling someone to "move on" or "let go" too soon dismisses their pain and journey. It judges their feelings, and that's not right.

Life showed me a few people who stand by me when things get really hard. They let me rest, offered comfort, and let me be sad. They asked questions, never pushing for more than I wanted to share. This made the tough times easier. They never told me to "move on" or "let go." Their presence said, "You're not alone." Trust me, this means the world to someone hurting. These are the people who made me feel safe and understood when I hurt the most.

Don't get me wrong. I know those who said those things cared. They didn't want to see me suffer. I'm thankful for them.

The world has changed. Things we thought were right in the past don't hold true anymore. My generation was told to hide emotions, be logical. Expressing feelings was seen as immature.

I know that not a lot of people are comfortable being a comforter/consoler, simply because they're scared that they wouldn't know what to say. But remember this: When someone reaches out to you, know that you don't always need to have the perfect words to comfort. Sometimes, just being there for the person is enough. To listen or let them share what's in their heart. That's what matters - being present and showing that they are not alone in their struggle.

Today is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mother, Mary.

This isn't easy for me to do, tucking away my cards. But I felt that it's only fair to let you know.

For several months now, I've been going through tests one after another. I've held on as steadfastly as I could while trying to fulfill my spiritual obligations to you (my page's followers) and to clients.

For the past weeks, reading for the collective hasn't felt the same. It doesn't feel like it's coming from my heart. I've asked the Angels for guidance, and while I've yet to receive a definitive guidance, I know that it's another round of upheavals and transformation taking place in my life.

All these said, I'm taking a break from doing the weekly guidance for the collective. This page might be more inactive for a while, but please know that you can always message me if you felt guided to.

It is also a time to trust tour intuition and self-awareness, for when you do, you will be able to get past your blocks and discover hidden truths about yourself. Trust and embrace your light, dear one.

Healing. Releasing Negative Energy. Ask AA Raphael For Help.

This week Archangel Raphael says that your energy is increasing due to recent positive changes, and this card serves as validation to continue on your present path.

It's also essential to address any stored anger in your mind and body, as it can be harmful to your health. Although you might have experienced something unforgivable in the past, it's time to let go of these toxic emotions for your own sake. Forgiveness doesn't mean condoning what happened; it means releasing yourself from the burden of anger. Archangel Raphael stands ready to guide you through the process of forgiveness and restore peace to your mind and body.

Another aspect of healing involves spending more time outdoors or if outdoors is not possible right now, simply opening the windows in your home or room will help. Fresh air has curative properties, and our ancestors recognized its importance for healing. By immersing yourself in nature and breathing in fresh air, you can better tune in to the loving guidance of the angels.

Saint Brigid lived in alignment with the highest aspect of her being, generously giving away to those in need, drawing from her connection to spirit. Her message is to reconnect with your inner fire, the eternal flame that feeds you more than anything external ever could. To do so, you must release attachments to possessions, unclutter your homes, and create sacred spaces where your souls can speak loud and clear.

Hestia, the goddess of sanctuary, encourages you to seek or create spaces that feel like home, fostering community and stability. She wants you to be kind to yourself, finding comfort and safety within, and embracing the love you give to others. Hestia is the call to become a calm harbor for your soul to thrive.

Saint Rita of Cascia, is not just about suffering or martyrdom, but is about embodying the power of steadfastness and miracles. It's about believing in possibilities and forgiveness, freeing yourselves from harmful situations. Even if you have to set boundaries and distance, you can pray for transformation and new life for others while never giving up on what you desire for yourselves.
