☮︎ Pride March 2017: "The Rainbow Flag" ☮︎
an eye-opening festival for the LGBTQIA+ Community that shows people's uniqueness and truth. this has been a battle for ages concerning discrimination regarding gender identity and sexual orientation, bullying, harassment, health care, and more aspects that could affect one's being.
this community fights for acceptance, love, and equality in society. discriminating LGBTQ Community regarding those concerns mentioned above is non-sense when being educated and actually educating one another on what we really need to know has nothing to do with gender. you make mistakes, they make mistakes, you succeed in life, they also succeed in life. it's all the same. so, why don't we just embrace each other's individuality and treat each other as equals? because no matter what, we're still a human being.
I am raising a rainbow flag not only today but for the rest of this battle to continue the support this community needs for social equality and individuality.

an extension of the power of individuality from my previous post.
three shots of Mary Love Candido as our subject, comin' at you from the year 2017.
there's this joy we see,
one that can be seen on the outside, thru our smiles that shows authenticity.
and one that can be seen on the inside, thru our eyes that shows calmness & peace.
⚔︎ dark horse ⚔︎
photo taken a few years ago as an activity for our photography class, my team came up with the visual concept while I volunteered on elaborating its meaning (not bragging! I read how I came up with the description, my grammar & construction was awful, big thanks at understandable pa rin ang meaning). so to make up from how I wrote it, I wrote an improved version of it:
“darkhorse is about being fierce & powerful. It doesn’t have to be noticeable to prove its own beauty to the world, that’s just not how it should be. showing the sparkle of our identity depends on our ways of feeling fulfillment; not by the eyes and approval of others.”
our subject here is a dear friend, Raven Alexandra Bagdoc sharing her thoughts on how she handles doubt & empower herself:
“self-growth, it’s my motivation to keep pushing through.” she also added, “I grow in my own little ways, from nothing to something I can be proud of… you don’t have to try in one snap, it doesn’t matter if it takes you weeks, months, or even years to grow, because life is not a race, it’s a journey that every moment matters.” in addition to remember, ”reaching your goal is not about bragging every single achievement thus, even you silently work for something you really want, you’ll succeed.”
WOAH. something to remind us when we feel intimidated by other people’s progress or statements.
keep ya head up!
⚡︎ photography as a hobby ⚡︎
hello and come in.
”thru time it passes, but i want its meaning to remain.” — me, 2020 (lol)
i am not perfect. still working on improvements. i would take photos and let my tiniest of creativity drown me to produce an art/image that speaks for itself.
also, i want to take this chance to describe the feelings captured in each moment & express all out.
"forgetful" is one of my top quality and I do not want to ever let these images lose its energy. so i'm taking action.
thank you & enjoy!
