SDO-Catanduanes, Youth Formation Division with CatSU-Catanduanes Knowledge Pantry Student Organization in cooperation with CatSU Extension Services proudly introduces this year's Leadership Training Program for student leaders of the Division of Catanduanes with the theme βSUBΓDA: Empowering Student Leaders to Transcend the Challenges of the New Normalβ.
The event will be held on February 11-13, 2022 both through virtual and distance learning modalities.
The training program aims to give birth to transcendent leaders in our island province who will be ready to make the most out of themselves and go beyond their limits for the betterment of their community. The pandemic should not be treated by leaders as a threat but a challenge to come out VICTORIOUS and bolder.
Leadership must not be hindered. Leaders need to be adaptive and flexible to any circumstance that may come. In every obstacle, people who have the heart to serve will always find ways to overpower challenges.
There are also hurdles they must be ready to go over because sometimes, you should not only learn to move forward but ASCEND.
Are you ready for SUBIDA?
