Dar-Ul-Aman Abbottabad

Today ,Visit of Assistant Commissioner Relief of Abbottabad Miss Rabia along with District Officer Social Welfare Department Rasheed Sahab ,Women District police officer Miss Nazia and Deputy Director Special Education Miss Saira Mushtaq . They performed a meeting with the staff and residents of DarulAman . They discuss issues related to residents and ensure to refer issues to relevant department like police, health and psychological departments.

Today Psychosocial support was provided to inmates of Darul Aman by Post graduate College Mandian Abbottabad. Principal Miss bushra tariq ,Clinical Psychologist and students conducted session and pre-eid celebration by applying henna and giving bengals to inmates of Darul Aman.They also provided eid gifts to inmates and children of Darul Aman

Today Women day was celebrated in Darul Aman Abbottabad with the coordination of Rotaract club of Ayub Medical College.
They conducted awareness session on mental health and huygiene problems.
Inmates of Darul Aman participated by reciting Holy Quran ,Naat recitation and singing National Anthem.
This event was also attended by the members of advisory comittee , Acting District Officer Social welfare Miss Saira Mushtaq and Psychologist Miss Farzana.

Today BS psychology 4th semester students visited the Dar ul Aman along with associate professor Mrs Zohra Jabeen to know about the objective & SOPs of Dar ul Aman Abbottabad

On 6-03-2021 The Worthy Director Social Welfare Special Education and Women Empowerment Peshawar Habib Khan Afridi Visited Darul Aman ABBOTTABAD along with District Officer Social Welfare Abbottabad Rasheed Khan and Social Welfare Officer Saira Mushtaq. He keenly visit entire Darul Aman. He appreciated some things and give suggestion for improvement.

Today Women day is celebrated in Darul Aman Abbottabad with collabration of District Government.Cake and dresses of all inmates are arranged by Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad Ms Marvi Malik.

Today Seasonal plantation held at Darul Aman by District Officer Social Welfare Saeed Ul Hassan , Social Welfare officer Saira Mushtaq and Staff of Darul Aman.

2 Days Capacity Building Workshop in Darul Aman Abbottabad for understanding Gender based voilence and standard operating procedures.
