جیسا کہ ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ انسان ہوا، پانی اور خوراک کے بغیر زندہ نہیں رہ سکتا جس کے بارے ایک امریکی ماہرنفسیات ابراہم ماسلو نے بھی اپنی تھیوری" ضروریات کی درجہ بندی" میں انسانی محرک کے نظریے کے بارے بتاتے ہوئے واضح کیا تھا کہ انسان کے زندہ رہنے کی پہلی شرط ہی یہ ہے کہ اس کی بنیادی جسمانی ضروریات پوری ہوں مگر ان بنیادی جسمانی ضروریات کے پورا ہونے کا انحصار بھی تعلقات کی نفسیات پر کھڑا ہے اگر والدین اور خاندان کے دیگر افراد جذباتی ذہانت سے بھرپور نہیں ہو ں گے تو اس کا اثر بھی بچے کی زندگی کی بقا پر پڑے گا کیونکہ ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس ہی ایک ایسا محرک ہے جو بچے اور والدین کے تعلق کو اتنا مضبوط بناتا ہے کہ وہ بچے کی پرورش اور نشونما میں ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے اس کو زندگی کی راہ پر چلنا سکھادیتے ہیں
ذرا غور کیجئے ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس کے لوازمات پر کہ یہ لوازمات کیا ہیں ؟ یہ کیسے کسی بھی شخص کو اتنا خوبصورت اور پرکشش بنا سکتے ہیں کہ وہ صرف چاہ سکتا ہے اور چاہا جا سکتا ہے کیونکہ ان لوازمات میں شامل عناصر ایسی مہارتیں ہیں جن کے وجود سے سماجی ذہانت کا جادو اپنی جادو گری دکھاتا ہے جس کے سحر سے ذہنی تناؤ سے محفوظ رہا جاسکتا ہے اور زندگی کی خوشیوں اور کامیابیوں کو آسانی سے سمیٹا جا سکتا ہے
ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس کا تصو ر سب سے پہلےامریکی ماہر نفسیات ڈیئنیل گولمین نے متعارف کروایا جس کے مطابق یہ ایک ایسی اہلیت ہے جو اپنے اور دوسروں کے جذبات کو محسوس کرنے، پہچاننے، سمجھنے اور ان کو بہتر انداز میں برتنے کا سلیقہ فراہم کرتی ہے یہ ایک خاص قسم کا ہنر ہے جس کی بدولت حالات کو سمجھتے ہوئے جذباتی معلومات کی رہنمائی میں درست فیصلے لینے میں ہماری سوچ اور رویے کی مدد کرتی ہے اور ہم کو اپنے اور دوسروں کی جذباتی یرغمالی سے محفوظ رکھتی ہے ۔
ڈیئنیل گولمین کے مطابق ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس کچھ عناصر کےمجموعے کا نام ہے جومل کر ایک ایسا تاثر پیدا کرتے جس سے انسان کی تعلقات بنانے، نبھانے اور خواشگوار انداز میں ان کو قائم رکھنے کی ایسی جادو گری فراہم کرتی ہے جو انسان کی خوشی اور کامیابی کویقینی بنانے میں مدد کرتی ہے ان تمام عناصر کا مختصر سا تعارف کی کوشش کی گئی ہے
خود آگاہی وہ پہلا عنصرہےجس کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ اپنے احساسات، جذبات اور ذات کے بارے کتنی جان کاری رکھتے ہیں اور اس جان کاری کو کیسے استعمال میں لاتے ہیں اور آپ کی اپنی ذات کے بارے یہ آگاہی دوسروں کو کیسے متاثر کرتی ہے خود آگاہی ہی وہ دروازہ ہے جس کو کھولنے سے آپ اپنی ذات کی خوبیوں ، خامیوں ، کمالات سے واقف ہوتے ہیں اور جب اس دروازے پر تالا پڑا ہوتا ہے تو لوگ بدحواسی کا شکار ہو کر دوسروں کے گلے شکوے اور طنز وطعنہ زنی کی لت میں گھر کر اپنی خوشیوں کا خود ہی قتل کر لیتے ہیں اور الزام ہمیشہ دوسروں کے سر پر رکھتے ہیں جبکہ ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس آپ کو اس بارے منظم انداز اپنانے اور ذات کے تالے کو کھولنے میں مدد کرتی ہے
سیلف ریگولیشن جو کہ دوسرا اہم عنصر ہے جس کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ کا خود پر کتنا کنٹرول ہے، آپ خود کو کیسے منظم رکھتے ہیں اور اپنے ہر رویے اور عمل کا احتساب کرتے رہتے ہیں اس عنصر کی موجودگی آپ کو ایک ایسی طاقت فرہم کرتی ہے جس سے آپ نہ صرف خود کو برے حالات میں قابو میں رکھ کر غلط فیصلہ لینے سے محفوظ رکھتی ہے بلکہ آپ کو ایک انتہائی اہم عمل کے لیے تیار کرتی ہے جس کی بدولت آپ اپنے اعمال، رویوں اور ان سے پیدا ہونے والے تاثرات کا جائزہ لیتے رہیں اور ان میں موجود غلط روی کو درست روی سے بدلتے رہیں

ہمدردی جو کہ چوتھا اہم عنصر ہے جس کو سمجھنے کے لیے انگریزی زبان میں دو الگ الفاظ ہیں جس کے لیے ایموشنل انٹیلی جنس نے امپئتھی کا لفظ چنا ہے جس کو اردو میں ہمدردی کہا جا سکتا ہے مگر یہ انگریزی کے لفظ سمپئتھی سےمفہوم کے اعتبار سےمختلف و وسیع ہے ہمدردی کرنے کا مطلب ہے کہ ہم کیسے دوسرے کے درد کو اپنا درد سمجھ کر سوچتے ہیں محسوس کرتے ہیں جس سے ہم کو حقیقت میں اندازہ ہو کہ دوسرے کو سمجھنے کے لیے اس کے پراسپکیکٹو کو سمجھنا کتنا ضروری ہے یہ ایسے ہی جیسے ہم دوسرے فر د کے زندگی کے بارے نظریے کو سمجھ سکیں اور ان حالات کو جان سکیں جن سے اس کا نظریہ تشکیل پایا ہے یہ عنصر ہم کو سکھاتا ہے کہ دوسروں سے زندگی کا مختلف نظریہ رکھنے کے باوجود اختلاف نظر کو صحت مند انداز میں نظر انداز کر کے دونوں کی خوشی کا احترام و انتظام کیا جا سکتا ہے

A fighter pilot pays attention to detail, a trait driven home to fighter pilots by an instructor pilot during his undergraduate training days.“He put his (landing) gear down, and as he was doing his final turn, he must have checked to ensure that his gear was down and locked about 17 times, “That level, attention to detail, gets ingrained in your brain.”

Fighter pilots must be able to quickly wade through a mountain of information,, for instance, pilots must work through a long mental checklist before dropping a bomb. it’s a situation where you might have to do that long list in one minute because, if it’s a troops-in-contact (with the enemy) situation on the ground, and they need that ordinance, you’ve got to be able to process through that very, very quickly,

Fighter pilots are, by and large, reasonably successful athletes and better than average students. Physically, they are not particularly tall, but are fit and able to handle the rigors of flying a fighter jet.“Pulling high Gs is extremely physically demanding,“Cockpit temperatures, hydration issues, there are just tons of human factors they are dealing with.”Your world comes to a focus at 9 Gs,”, referring to forces equaling nine times the pull of gravity fighter pilots may experience while executing combat maneuvers. “There is nothing else that’s happening when you are pulling 9 Gs.”

The competitiveness of fighter pilots, borders on obsession. Fighter pilots play hard and work hard, putting in up to 14-hour days. And after they fly, their hard work continues. During debriefing sessions after flights, fighter pilots pull no punches.
“It is very candid, very direct, “A lot of people would curl up in a fetal position. But they’re not trying to attack each other, it’s business. They are trying to make you a better fighter pilot, but it would also hurt some people’s feelings.”That no-holds-barred feedback,could be a matter of life and death.

مثلا ریسرچ بتاتی ہیی مدرسوں کے تمام بچے دہشت گرد بننے کے لئے تیار نہیی ہوتے تھے ۔۔صرف کچھ % ۔۔۔۔۔کے اندر خاص قسم کے رحجانات دیکھتے ہوئے دہشت گرد لیڈر انہیں سیلیکٹ کرتے ہیی اور انہیی مزید دہشت گردی کی تربیت دی جاتی تھی/دی جاتی ھے
۔حالانکہ ایسے سب لوگ ایک ہی قسم کے معاشی بیک گراؤنڈ اور ایک ہی جیسی اورا یک ہی نصاب سے تعلیم حاصل کرتے ہیی ۔۔ایک جیسے مللاوں کے زیر سایہ 9 ۔۔۔۔۔۔
۔البتہ یہ ضرور ہوتا ھے کہ کچھ لوگ ملایئت کے اثرات سے ۔۔۔کچھ اپنی جہالت اور low level of intelligence کی وجہ سے ان مللاوں اور پیروں کو اور بعد میی کرپٹ نسل کے سیاست دانوں کو اپنا ان داتا سمجھ بیٹھتے ہیی اور انکی اندھی تقلید کرتے ہوئے آنکے پیچھے غلاموں کی طرح چلتے ہیی ۔۔۔۔ ۔انکے بیانیہ کو عین اسلام اور انمٹ سچائی یا حدیث اور قرآن میی لکھا ہوا ہوا سمجھ کر اس پر اندھا ایمان لے آتے ہیی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔یہی نہی وہ انکے بیانیہ پر مزھب سے زیادہ ایمان رکھتے ہیی ۔۔۔انکی خوشی کی خاطر مر مٹنے کے لیئے اور دوسروں کو مارنے کے لئے تیار رہتے ہیی ۔۔۔۔۔کچھ بھی ہو جائے وہ اپنے سیکھے گئے عقیدے اور نظریات سے پیچھے نہیی ہٹتے۔۔۔ ۔۔۔
ایسے لوگوں میی دو طرح کے رحجانات اور بھی پائے جاتے ہیی ۔۔۔۔لالچ ۔۔۔۔جنت کا اور حوروں کا ۔۔۔۔
اور دوسرا مجرمانہ رویئے ۔۔۔ (criminal attitude)
ایسا صرف اسلام میی ہی نہیی ملتے۔۔۔عیسائیت اور ہندوؤں میی بھی۔۔۔۔
ملائت، پجاریوں کی اندھی تقلید ، شدت پسندی، اور مجرمانہ ذہنیت کے قائدین کی مکاری کی تاریخ بہت پرانی ھے ۔۔۔۔۔۔
پوری اسلامی دنیا میی تباہی مذہب کی جاہلانہ انداز میی پیروی کرنے والوں کی شدت پسند کی وجہ سے ہوئ ھے ۔۔۔۔اندھی تقلید کی بنا پر ہوئی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
کبھی ہمیی ان رحجانات کے حامی اور پیروکار masses کبھی طالبان کے روپ میی نظر آتے ہیی کبھی ISIS کے روپ میی .....
۔کوئ بھی غیر ملکی ایجنسی انہیں مال دے کر کرائے کا سپاہی بنا لیتی ھے ۔۔۔۔۔
اپنی اندھی تقلید کی فطرت اور اپنی جہالت کم مائگی کی بنا پر اور اور تھوڑے سے مالی مفاد کی خاطر اپنے لیڈروں، مللاوں اور پیروں کے غلام بن کر اپنے مخالفین کو مارنے اور مرنے کے لیے تیار رہتے ہیی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
پاکستان میی تو یہ بے چارے بھوکے ننگے سیاست دانوں کے پیروی کرنے والے عوام محض بریانی کی پلیٹ پر سارا سارا دن اپنے سیاسی لیڈروں کی خاطر نعرے لگاتے نہیی تھکتے ۔
۔۔جسکی وجہ سے گزشتہ 73 سال سے مسلسل کرپٹ ترین سیاسی حکمران ہمارا مقدر ہیی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔🥸🥸
آج باشعور عوام یہ سوچنے پر مجبور ہیی کہ
کیا جمہوریت ہم جیسے عوام کے لئے ٹھیک بھی ھے کہ نہیی۔۔۔۔

*What is Personality?*
Personality is a specific patterns of our thinking, our feeling and our behavior; in specific situation and during most of the time we exhibit in our life. Such as sociability, domineering, submissive, obedience, openness, secretive nature etc.
*Leadership* : Leadership is a process , a bevaior due to which an individual influences a group of people to achieve a common goal. “Leadership is the ability to influence
others to achieve a common purpose & objective.”
Some important traits of a leader are: analytical, assertive, cooperative,
dedicated, personable, practical, charismatic, competitive, , developer,
focused, and supportive.
Every individual has some good personality traits /qualities which make one
successful in life and also has some specific qualities which make one- unsuccessful, or
at least must create hinderers in one’s progression.

SIX EMOTIONS YOU MIGHT FEEL BUT CAN’T EXPLAIN:

1. Sonder:
Sonderis defined as the sudden realization that you can never completely know a person. It’s when you start to understand that everyone around you has their own story that you might never get to know about. You realize that you can onlyget to know as much about a person as they’ll allow you to.

2. Hanker Sore:
This is an emotion most of us wouldn’t want to admit to feeling, but hanker sorerefers to the phenomenon of finding someone so attractive that it makes you feel angryat them for some reason. It differs from jealousy in the sense that it’s subtler and more subconscious. When you feelhanker sore, you don’t feel explicitly hostile or envious towards the person, but deep down inside, you can’t help but feel upset at their random stroke of luck for winning the genetic lottery.

3. Lachesism:
Have you ever felt the sudden desire to have something bad happen to you for no reason? Well, that feeling is what you call lachesism. It’s that deep, dark impulse most of us have, to be struck by tragedy and come out on the other side. It’s born out of our innate desire for challenge and growth, which pushes us to test the bounds of our courage and resilience.

4. Ellipsism:
Ellipsism is a feeling that people often misinterpret as curiosity or inquisitiveness, but really, it refers to a desire to understand the world and to know what will happen in the future. This is something most scientists, scholars, artists, and inventors can probably relate to, as many of them have a hard time coming to terms with the fact that they might never get to see how history will turn out, how they’ll be remembered, and what legacy they may leave behind.

5. Mauerbauertraurigkeit:
Mauerbauertraurigkeit is defined as the sudden feeling of wanting to push people away and put your defenses back up. It often happens when we let our insecurities tell us we’re not good enough and feel afraid that if other people saw us for who we really were, they’d reject us.

6. Gnossienne:
Next is gnossienne, which is the feeling you get when you realize that you don’t actually know someone as well as you thought you did. It’s the realization that even your closest family and friends have a part of themselves that they hide from everyone else, a secret inner world that only they can know about.
