تبارك الله
This means blessed is Allah.
In Arabic, Tabarak Allah means excess in Goodness or what is beyond expectation
Goodness that not only increase but also remain stable

بركة

The word barakah allows not only growth but stability
As we have seen business when they grow they started to become unstable .Empires and governments when they expand becomes unstable. Allah is the only one who is with the barakah who can create and remain in barakah.He is the one who added blessings and everything that you do or I do .He has the power of putting the blessings in the seed which grows into a tree. He is created this world and everything in it .

Another meaning of this word is that Allah himself is beyond our expectations. Whenever we try to enclose Allah's wisdom or his mercy, care his forgiveness its beyond we can contained in our minds.

So this part of ayat means two things .
First Allah gave barakah to everything he creates or he enhances his creation beyond our expectation
Secondly, Allah himself is beyond our expectations.

ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ

He in Whose Hand is the Kingdom

Allah is the king who has established his unique kingdom and no one can challenge his power.

ٱلۡمُلۡكُ
This means kingdom or Authority
Allah is the one who is in complete Authority.

تُؤۡتِى الۡمُلۡكَ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتَنۡزِعُ الۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّنۡ تَشَآءُ
Al Quran [ 3:27]

You give authority to whom You will, and You take authority from whom You will.

Here compare Yousaf (A.S) and the minister who had put him in jail who Compare Mosa (A.S) and pharaoh who was ٱلۡمُلۡكُ.
The king is as much strong as the Army standing behind him
So who was backing Mosa (A.S) and who was backing backing pharaoh?
Who got the ٱلۡمُلۡكُ people from Quresh who were heavily armed with their horses, spears, and swords or sahaba in the battle of Badar whom Allah was backing with Angles
So if you are the loyal subject of Allah's kingdom, he is going to back you its changes the perception of

ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ
This part of ayat is a sense of security for believers and a warning for those who rebel

وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ

He is Ever-Determiner over everything.

Allah is the only one who has power over all things
Imagine some king who has a vast empire. And some villagers become rebellious against the king. Is he going to punish them himself? Does he hear the rebels himself? Or by someone who hears from another person. Does he have direct control over the entire kingdom?
No, Only ALLAH has direct control over everything. Everything that we say and what we do.
Even a single leave does not fall without his permission.
