On Friday, 15th December 2023, a meeting of PTMs (Program Team Members) of all BS departments on working of QAC Software and other activities of QEC during Fall 2023 was arranged by the QEC of the Government Degree College Havelian . The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Principal Prof Qazi Abdus Subhan . Controller of Examinations Prof Muhammad Daud attended with special request and for valuable feedback.Meeting started with the tilawat of Holy Quran. Focal Person QEC Prof Ibrar Hussain explained the working of QAC Software about submission of feedback by the teachers and students , Preparation of SAR and other files related to BS Departments. The worthy Principal appreciated the work of QEC and gave his valuable suggestions after witnessing the activities. Focal person QEC thanked all the participants and the meeting ended over a cup of tea.

الحمدللہ گورنمنٹ ڈگری کالج حویلیاں میں بتاریخ 13 نومبر2023 کو شعبہ اردو سے فارغ التحصیل ہونے والے شعبہ اردو کےبیج سوم طلباء وطالبات کے اعزاز میں اور اس سال نئے داخل ہونے والے طلباء وطالبات کےخیرمقدم میں کالج کے مرکزی ہال میں ایک پروقار اور رنگا رنگ تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا جس کی سرپرستی کالج ھذا کے پرنسپل جناب پروفیسر قاضی عبدالسبحان صاحب نے کی اور مہمان بطور خاص اور مہمان اعزاز پروفیسر ملک ناصر داؤد صاحب ، پرنسپل گورنمنٹ ڈگری کالج شیروان ( صدارتی ایوارڈ یافتہ) نے شرکت کی اس کے علاوہ تمام شعبہ کےHOD کالج کے تمام پروفیسرز صاحبان نے شرکت کی۔ طلباء وطالبات نے خوبصورت اور رنگارنگ پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا جس میں فنی واصلاحی ڈرامے، مشاعرہ، غزل گوئی، موسیقی ، طنز و مزاح اور دیگر دلچسب ایونٹ کرکے طلبا نے تقریب کو چمکایا۔ جانے والے طلباء وطالبات کے ساتھ مکالمے کیے گۓ آخرمیں طلباء وطالبات کو گریجویٹ کیپ پہنائی گٸیں۔

حویلیاں کالج سے حال ہی میں ٹرانسفر ہونے والے اساتذہ کرام کو خصوصی طور پر مدعو کیا گیا ۔ جن سب کے جذبات کی ترجمانی شعبہ سیاسیات کے پروفیسر عزیر محمود صاحب نے کی ۔ اپنی تقریر میں انہوں صدر شعبہ اردو اور طلبا کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہمیں اپنی خوشی میں شامل کیا جس پر ہم تہہ دل سے مشکور ہیں۔ ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ٹرانسفر نوکری کا حصہ ہے لیکن طلبا سے وابستگی ہونے کی وجہ سے تھوڑا رنجیدہ محسوس کرتے ہیں گو کہ میں اردو کا استاد نہیں لیکن میں اردو ڈیپارٹمنٹ کا حصہ ہوں۔

صدر شعبہ اردو شوکت خان صاحب نے پرنسپل ، مہمان اعزاز ، پروفیسر صاحبان اور طلبا کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ صرف اردو ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی تقریبات میں ہی دیکھنے کو ملتا ہے کہ کالج ہال بھرا ہوا ہوتا ہے اور یہ اردو ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی کامیاب تقریبات کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ اپنی تقریر میں انہوں نے کامیاب پروگرام کرنے پر طلبا کو مبارکباد اور دعاؤں سے نوازا۔

مہمان اعزاز ملک ناصر داؤد صاحب نے شعبہ اردو کے صدر شوکت خان صاحب کی اصلاحات اور خدمات کی تعریف کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کی زیر نگرانی شعبہ اردو بہتر سے بہتر تر کی راہ پر گامزن ہے، انہوں نے شعبہ اردو کے تمام پروفیسر صاحبان قابل اور علم دوست ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں میں بھی پیش پیش ہیں ۔ ملک ناصر داؤد صاحب نے شعبہ اردو کے طلبا کی تعریف کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یقیناً اس تقریب نے ایک نیا معیار قائم کر لیا ہے جسے توڑنا مشکل لگ رہا ہے کیوں کہ شعبہ اردو میں گزشتہ سال ہونے والی تقریب ریکارڈ ساز تھی جس کا ریکارڈ آج شعبہ اردو نے خود ہی توڑ دیا ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ انہوں نے پرنسل جملہ سربراہان اور طلبا کا شکریہ ادا کیا ۔اس کے علاوہ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پروفیسر قاضی عبد سبحان صاحب کی زیر نگرانی گورنمنٹ ڈگری کالج حویلیاں کے انتظامات احسن طریقے سے چل رہے ہیں۔

پرنسپل صاحب نے اپنی تقریر میں طلباء وطالبات کی کارکردگی کی تعریف کی۔اس کے ساتھ ساتھ پرنسپل صاحب نے صدر شعبہ اردو شوکت خان صاحب کو کامیاب پروگرام کے انعقاد پر مبارکباد پیش کی۔
پرنسپل صاحب کے خطاب کے بعد مہمان اعزاز صدارتی ایوارڈ یافتہ ملک ناصر داؤد صاحب کو صدر شعبہ اردو نے اردو ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی جانب شیلڈ پیش کی۔

ہم آنے والے تمام معزز مہمانان گرامی بالخصوص پرنسپل صاحب کا بے حد شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے ہمیں پروگرام کے انعقاد کی خصوصی اجازت دی اور ہمارے اس پروگرام کو آخر تک سنا اور ہمارے ساتھ سہ پہر تک اس پروگرام میں شریک رہے اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ہم طلباء وطالبات کو مبارک باد پیش کرتے ہیں بالخصوص سیمسٹر 7th کے تمام طلباء وطالبات جنھوں نے بہت محنت لگن اور دلچسپی کے ساتھ اس پروگرام کے انعقاد کو یقینی بنایا جس میں سیمسٹر 5,اور 3 سیمسٹر اپنے سینئرز کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے رہے اور اس کام کو احسن طریقے سے پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچایا سب مبارک باد کےمستحق ہیں۔
