اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور بطور انٹرپرینیورشپ یونیورسٹی کامیابی کی طرف گامزن

پاکستان میں بیروزگاری کا تناسب 5 پرسنٹ کو تجاوز کرنے کے قریب ہے، ایک محتاط اندازے کے مطابق 2017ء میں 3790 ہزار افراد بے روزگار تھے، حالیہ ایک رپورٹ سوشل میڈیا پر گردش کر رہی ہے جس کے مطابق 4 ہزار سے زائد پی ایچ ڈی حضرات بیروزگار ہیں، یہ ایک ایسا خوفناک انڈیکیٹر ہے کہ اگر ہم نے فوری اقدامات نہ کیے تو جس معاشی بحران سے پاکستان اس وقت گزر رہا ہے اس میں نا صرف خطرناک حد تک اضافہ ہو گا بلکہ انارکی پھیلنے کا بھی خدشہ ہے. معاشی ماہرین کی نظر میں انٹرپرینیورشپ وقت کی اہم ضرورت اور اس بحران سے نجات پانے کا موضوع ترین طریقہ ہے. ہمیں نوجوانوں کو انٹرپرینیورشپ، یعنی کاروبار کرنے کی طرف راغب کرنا ہوگا اور اس کے لیے ایسا سسٹم بنانا ہوگا جس کی بدولت نوجوان نئے کاروبار شروع کر سکیں اور نوکریاں تلاش کرنے کی بجائے لوگوں کو نوکریاں دینے والے بنیں. انٹرپرینیورشپ کے حوالے سے عملی اقدامات وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے، پچھلے چند سالوں میں غالباً اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پہلی یونیورسٹی ہے جس نے وائس چانسلر انجینیر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب (تمغہ امتیاز)کی سرپرستی اور ڈین فیکلٹی آف مینجمنٹ سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جواد اقبال کی زیر نگرانی ایسے کئی اقدامات کئیے ہیں جو کہ نا صرف قابلِ تعریف ہیں بلکہ دیگر جامعات کے لیے باعث ترغیب بھی ہوں گے چنانچہ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب کی دلچسپی کی وجہ سے یونیورسٹی میں فوری طور پر انٹرپرینیور شپ ڈیپارٹمنٹ قائم کردیا گیاہے اور یوں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کو پاکستان کی پہلی یونیورسٹی ہونے کا اعزاز حاصل ہوا ہے جہاں باقاعدہ طور پر ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف انٹرپرینیورشپ قائم کیا گیا اور اس ڈپارٹمنٹ کے تحت بی ایس انٹرپرینیورشپ کا 4 سالہ ڈگری پروگرام اور ایم بی اے پروگرام میں انٹرپرینیورشپ کے موضوع پر سپیشلائزیشن کرائی جا رہی ہے، یہ اپنی نوعیت کا بہت ہی مختلف پروگرام ہے جہاں بچوں کو کلاس روم کی پڑھائی کے علاوہ پریکٹیکل تربیت بھی دی جاتی ہے اور یہ کوشش کی جاتی کہ ڈگری مکمل ہونے سے پہلے طالب علم اپنا ذاتی کاروبار شروع کر دے یا کم از کم فری لانسنگ کے زریعے اپنے خرچے خود برداشت کر سکے.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے بی ایس کے تمام پروگرام میں انٹرپرینیورشپ کے سبجیکٹ کی شمولیت:
ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن پاکستان نے ایک مراسلہ کے تحت پاکستان بھر کی جامعات کو انٹرپرینیورشپ کے سبجیکٹ کو بی ایس پروگرام میں لازمی سبجیکٹ کے طور پر شامل کرنے کی سفارش کی ہے، یہ بات قابل تعریف ہے کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پہلے ہی اس سبجیکٹ کو تقریباً تمام بی ایس پروگرام کی سکیم آف سٹیڈیز میں شامل کر کے لازمی پرچے کے طور پر پڑھا رہی ہے. یونیورسٹی نے حال ہی میں پیڈاگوجی ٹیچر ٹرینگ کا بھی آغاز کیا ہے، انٹرپرینیورشپ کو باقاعدہ کس طرح پڑھایا جائے اس حوالے سے ڈپارٹمنٹ آف انٹرپرینیورشپ اور ایگزیکٹو ٹریننگ سنٹر نے باقاعدہ طور پر اساتذہ کی تربیتی ورکشاپ کا پروگرام بنایا ہے۔ابتدائی طور پر انٹرپرینیورشپ کے اساتذہ کو ٹریننگ دی جائے گی.

یونیورسٹی سطح پر طلبہ سوسائٹی آئی یو بی انٹرپرینیورشپ سوسائٹی کا قیام:
آئی یو بی انٹرپرینیورشپ سوسائٹی اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی سب سے فعال طلباء سوسائٹی ہے جہاں مختلف شعبوں مثلاً شعبہ مینجمنٹ سائنسز، قانون، جغرافیہ، ایگریکلچر، ریاضی کے طلباء اسکے ممبر اور عہدیدار ہیں اور یونیورسٹی میں انٹرپرینیورشپ کے کلچر اور ایکو سسٹم کو پروموٹ کرنے کے لیے بھرپور کوششیں کر رہے ہیں اور ایسے پروگرامز کا انعقاد کر رہے ہیں جس میں کاروباری شخصیات اور ادارے بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لیتے ہیں اور یوں یہ مہم انڈسٹری کو تعلیم کے ساتھ جوڑنے میں اہم کردار ادا کر رہی ہے. حال ہی میں یونیورسٹی کی تاریخ کی سب سے بڑی ایکسپو منعقد کی گئی جس میں ایک سو سے زائد چھوٹے اور درمیانے کاروباری اداروں نے اپنی پروڈکٹس اور سروسز کی نمائش اور مارکیٹنگ کی، یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ ان میں نصف فیصد کاروبار یونیورسٹی کے زیر تعلیم اور فارغ التحصیل طلباء کے تھے۔

آفس آف ریسرچ، انوویش اور کمرشلائزیشن (ORIC) کو فعال کردیا گیا جس کی کارکردگی کی بدولت جامعہ اسلامیہ فورتھ جنریشن یونیورسٹی کا درجہ حاصل کرچکی ہے، اور مزید کامیابی کی طرف سفر کا آغاز کردیا ہے، اساتذہ اور ریسرچ کے طلباء کو ایسے ریسرچ پروجیکٹ پر کام کرنے کے لیے حوصلہ افزائی کی جا رہی ہے جسکے نتیجے میں یونیورسٹی نہ صرف انٹرنیشنل فنڈنگ حاصل کر رہی ہے بلکہ ان میں سے کچھ کامیاب پروجیکٹس اب باقاعدہ طور پر ملکی سطح پر چل رہے ہیں جن میں سے کاٹن کے ورائٹی بیج کی تیاری جس کو حال ہی میں ایک کمپنی کے ساتھ معاہدہ کر کے مارکیٹ کیا جا رہا ہے بلکہ اس کی آمدن میں یونیورسٹی بھی حصہ دار ہوگی، اسی طرح انٹرکراپنگ کے کامیاب تجربے سے مکئی اور سویابین کی پیداوار اور مصنوعی بارش کے علاوہ کامیاب پروجیکٹس کی ایک طویل فہرست ہے.

انٹرپرینیورشپ کے حوالے سے باقاعدگی سے ٹریننگ اور تربیتی ورکشاپ کا انعقاد:
ایگزیکٹو ٹریننگ سنٹر (ETC) کے قیام کے بعد اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں باقاعدگی سے انٹرپرینیورشپ کے مختلف موضوعات پر تربیتی ورکشاپ کا انعقاد ہو رہاہے، ان میں سے چند اسٹیٹ بینک اور سمیڈا کے اشتراک سے بھی منعقد ہوئے. ایگزیکٹو ٹریننگ سینٹر کے قیام کا مقصد ٹریننگ اور تربیتی ورکشاپ منعقد کرنا ہے جس کے تحت باقاعدگی سے مختلف موضوعات پر نہ صرف ٹریننگ اور ورکشاپ منعقد کی جاتی ہیں بلکہ چند مشہور اداروں کے لئے باقاعدہ ٹریننگ ڈیزائن کی گئ اور انکے اداروں میں جا کر انکی انتظامیہ کو ٹرینگ دی گئی، ان اداروں میں ڈی. ایچ. اے بہاولپور، این. آر. ایس. پی. بینک، نادرا اور واپڈا قابلِ ذکر ہیں.
بزنس انکیوبیش سنٹر کا قیام:
اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور جنوبی پنجاب کی پہلی درسگاہ ہے جہاں باقاعدہ بزنس انکیوبیش سنٹر قائم کیا گیا جو کہ فعال کردار ادا کر رہا ہے، اس وقت طلباء کے 15 سے زائد آئیڈیاز یہاں نہ صرف انکیوبیٹ ہو رہے ہیں بلکہ انکو مکمل رہنمائی فراہم کی جا رہی ہے تاکہ وہ اپنی تعلیم کے ساتھ ہی اپنا کاروبار کامیابی کے ساتھ کھڑا کرسکیں. یونیورسٹی اس سال کے آخر میں بی آئی سی ینگ انٹرپرینیورز سیمٹ (YES) کے نام سے جنوبی پنجاب کا سب سے بڑا بزنس پلان کمپیٹیشن منعقد کرانے جا رہی ہے جس میں پاکستان بھر سے ایک سو سے زائد ٹیمیں مقابلے میں حصہ لے رہی ہیں اور اپنے بنائے گئے بزنس کے آئیڈیاز اور اسکے پروٹوٹائپ کو انویسٹرز اور منصفین کے سامنے پیش کریں گے، اس مقابلے میں شامل ہونے والے طلباء کو 5 لاکھ تک کی مالیت کے انعامات دیئے جائیں گے.

پی آئ ٹی بی کے اشتراک سے پلان 9 اور ای-روزگار سنٹر کا قیام:
پنجاب آئی ٹی بورڈ کے اشتراک سے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں پلان 9 اور ای-روزگار سنٹر کا قیام ایک بہترین کاوش ہے، اسکی بدولت بالخصوص ایسے آئیڈیا کو فروغ ملے گا جو آئی ٹی اور ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے اپنے کاروبار بنانا جاہتے ہیں.

نیشنل اور انٹرنیشنل سطح پر کاروبار کے فروغ کے لئے مقابلے جات اور کانفرنسز کا انعقاد:
اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے پچھلے چند سالوں میں بہت ہی کامیاب پروگرام، سیمینار اور کانفرنسسز کا انعقاد کیا، ان میں بیشتر انٹرپرینیورشپ اور کاروبار کے موضوعات پر تھیں جیسا کہ بزنس سٹی ایکسپوز، شارک ٹینک آئی یو بی، بزنس کے طلباء کے ساتھ بزنس واک کا اہتمام، ینگ انٹرپرینیورشپ سمٹ، وومن اور سوشل انٹرپرینیورشپ کے موضوعات پر تربیتی ورکشاپ اور انٹرپرینیورشپ کے موضوع پر انٹرنیشنل کانفرنسز کا انعقاد شامل ہیں.

مختلف گورنمنٹ اور کاروباری اداروں کے ساتھ معاہدہ (MOUs):
انٹرپرینیورشپ کے فروغ کے لئے یونیورسٹی نے مختلف اداروں کے ساتھ باہمی رضا مندی کے معاہدے دستخط کئے ہیں تاکہ مل کر انٹرپرینیورشپ کے کلچر کو پروموٹ کیا جا سکے اور ایک بہترین انٹرپرینیورشپ ایکوسسٹم قائم کیا جا سکے. جن اداروں کے ساتھ معاہدے کیے گئے ان میں بہاولپور چیمبر آف کامرس اینڈ انڈسٹری، وومن چیمبر آف کامرس، اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان، ایس ایم آئی ڈی اے، ہینڈی کرافٹ ایسوسی ایشن آف پاکستان، این آئی بی، مقامی اور غیر ملکی یونیورسٹیاں شامل ہیں. مقامی صنعتی اور تجارتی اداروں کے ساتھ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے روابط انتہائی خوش آئند ہیں، ان روابط سے یونیورسٹی اور صنعتی اداروں کو دو طرفہ فائدہ ہوگا.

نیشنل اور انٹرنیشنل لیول کاروبار کو فروغ دینے کے مقابلاجات میں کامیابی کے ساتھ شرکت:
یہ بھی قابلِ فخر بات ہے کہ یونیورسٹی کے طلباء اور اساتذہ ملکی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر بزنس، آئیڈیاز اور انٹرپرینیورشپ کے مقابلاجات میں نہ صرف بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لے رہے ہیں بلکہ نمایاں کامیابیاں سمیٹ رہے ہیں. حال ہی میں مینجمنٹ سائنسز کے طلباء نے نیشنل بزنس آئیڈیا بنک میں پہلی پوزیشن حاصل کی اور صدر پاکستان ڈاکٹر عارف علوی صاحب سے ایوان صدر میں ایوارڈ اور انعامی رقم حاصل کی. ہوائی کمپنی کے آئیڈیاز کے مقابلے میں یونیورسٹی کی طلبہ نے نمایاں کامیابی حاصل کی اور سنگاپور میں اپنا انعام وصول کیا.

یہ تمام اقدامات اور کاوشیں اس بات کا ثبوت ہے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور انٹرپرینیورشپ کلچر اور ایکو سسٹم بنانے کے لیے بھرپور کاوشیں کر رہی ہے. اب اس امر کی ضرورت ہے کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کو انٹرپرینیورشپ یونیورسٹی کا درجہ دیا جائے اور ایک کنسوریشم بنایا جائے جہاں ملک کی دیگر یونیورسٹیاں، تجارتی ادارے اور حکومت کے وہ ادارے جو تجارت کے فروغ کے لئے مصروف عمل ہیں وہ شامل ہوں اور بہاول پور کے ارد گرد ایسے تجارتی مرکز قائم کیے جائیں جہاں نوجوان اپنی چھوٹی فیکٹریاں قائم کریں اور عملی کاروبار کا آغاز کر سکیں.
