Always order a smaller number of units to avoid any hassle.

Go for breakeven price in case you are getting a chunk of sales.

But if you ordered a large number of units and they get stuck due to some reasons, unfortunately, in that scenario go for these options available in seller central.

1: Removal order and dispose of:

A removal order is a request issued by you for your inventory either to be returned to you or to be disposed of at the fulfillment center.
When you want to remove your inventory from an Amazon fulfillment Centre, you have to submit a removal order. You can use removal orders to manage excess inventory, including inventory that is:

Slow-moving

Not suitable for resale (unsellable inventory)

Soon to be subject to a long-term storage fee

Removal fees are charged per item removed.

2: FBA Liquidations

FBA Liquidations is designed to help you recover value from excess and customer-returned inventory. Amazon charges a Program Fee.

After creating a liquidation order amazon will find a liquidator for you. You will be paid according to the product's worth depending upon its sales or price etc.

It takes almost 90 days to get payment in the liquidation process but as soon as you create the liquidation process, amazon stops charging storage fees.
