The 1.2kW system was installed at Mandi Sheikhan Chiniot by RST GreenTech Chiniot. The system consists of two 545W Longi original A grade panels, an Inverex Veyron 1.2kW inverter, and a 12V battery. The system can run one Inverter fridge or washing machine at once, together with 4-5 fans and 5-6 LED lights.

RST GreenTech Chiniot has achieved another significant milestone by turning a 3D design into reality. Installation of the 20HP Solar water pump system was done by RST GreenTech. For a 20 HP, 3-phase water pump with a 5" water delivery pipe, 40 Longi 545W Mono crystalline half cut perc were mounted along with customized DB Box and 18/22kW Invt VFD.

Some glimpses from site while commissioning 15 HP solar water pump system.
The solar power system for the 15 HP water pump placed at 30-35 feet deep has been successfully commissioned by RST GreenTech Chiniot. Original A grade Longi 545W 30 PV modules with L2 structure were mounted along with a specially made DB Box. Watch the video in the attachment to check the water supply pipe's pressure. لیڈ ایسڈ بیٹریوں کو چارج کرنے کے لئے انورٹر میں سیٹنگز کیا کریں:
تقریباً 60% ڈی او ڈی کے مطابق سیٹنگ مندرجہ ذیل ہو گی:
- بارہ وولٹ کی سنگل بیٹری کے لیے فل چارج کٹ آف ولٹیج
14.8 ولٹ اور زیرو بیٹری کٹ آف ولٹیج 11.75 ولٹ ہو گی
کم سے کم چارجنگ کرنٹ بیٹری کے ایمپیئر آور کا دس پرسنٹ ہوگی ۔ ا گر بیٹری دو سو امپیئر آور کی ہے تو چارجنگ کرنٹ 20 امپیئر ہو گی
- اگر دو بیٹریاں پیرلل میں لگی ہوں اور دونوں دو سو امپیئر آور کی ہوں تو چارجنگ کرنٹ ڈبل ہو جائے گی یعنی چالیس ایمپئر۔
-اگر بارہ وولٹ 200 ایمپیئر کی کی دو بیٹریاں سیریز میں لگی ہوں گی تو دونوں کٹ آف ولٹیج ڈبل ہو جائیں گی (29.6 ولٹ اور 23.5 ولٹ) اور چارجنگ کرنٹ 20 ایمپیئر ہو گی
-اگر بارہ وولٹ 200 ایمپیئر کی کی چار بیٹریاں سیریز میں لگی ہوں گی تو دونوں کٹ آف ولٹیج چار گنا ہو جائیں گی (59.2 ولٹ اور 47 ولٹ) اور چارجنگ کرنٹ 20 ایمپیئر ہو گی
-اگر لوڈشیڈنگ زیادہ ہو تو آپ آپ چارجنگ کرنٹ کو بڑھا سکتے ہیں تاکہ بیٹری جلدی چارج ہو جائے مگر اسے بہت زیادہ بڑھا دینا بیٹریوں کو نقصان پہنچاتا ہے
