International workshop on the role of interventional radiology in pain management was successfully conducted, led by the esteemed Principal Prof. Iqbal Hussain Dogar.

This pioneering workshop, organized collaboratively by the Orthopaedics ,Radiology and Anaesthesia.

An enlightening lecture and demonstrations by the international speaker Dr. Fahana, showcasing various procedures, including those guided by ultrasound and CT. The event witnessed active participation from the faculty and trainees of Gujranwala Medical College.

We performed 3 Hip joint replacement surgeries and 1 Sports surgery of ACL tear and a total of 15 major and complex surgeries within 5 hours…
We wish this year we move on to more advancement in orthopedic procedures to enhance the trauma care of poor n needy patients

𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟 𝐎𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐬 Continues to provide its professional services on direction of worthy Professor Prof Asif Ali Shah Sb⁩ for trauma management on daily emergency basis especially in this Harsh weather where people are more prone to RTAs… Today we have recieved 10 emergencies regarding ortho consultation…Among them 6 are operated immediately at night shift including two paediatric ortho surgeries with open and complex fractures…InshaAllah this will continue more actively to manage more trauma in these fogy days
