It has been proven in a study that thinness is found attractive and that people tend to become leaner and skinnier without considering that they could be at a disadvantage!

CHOOSE HEALTHY OVER SKINNY because not every slim or thin person you see is always "healthy". Just because they appear so, doesn't mean they are also well from the inside. There are some who have leaner bodies but are at greater risk of diseases like heart attack, stroke, and diabetes. Various eating disorders also play a crucial role but it is excess fat, not excess weight that is the concern - classic case of "skinny fat".
