Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Corporate & Community Asst. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our corporate relationships and fostering a strong sense of community within our organization. Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and donors.

Community Building and Engagement:
Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community within Transformation International Society.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and community organizations to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Represent Transformation International Society at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility and influence within the corporate and community sectors.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance corporate engagement and community building efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate and community initiatives, and provide regular reports to the management team. • Identify and analyze trends, emerging issues, and best practices in corporate social responsibility and community development.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in corporate relationship management, community building, or stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Knowledge of corporate social responsibility principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. • Passion for social impact and commitment to driving positive change.

Surat No 57 : سورة الحديد - Ayat No 22-23

مَاۤ اَصَابَ مِنۡ مُّصِیۡبَۃٍ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ وَ لَا فِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِکُمۡ اِلَّا فِیۡ کِتٰبٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِ اَنۡ نَّبۡرَاَہَا ؕ اِنَّ ذٰلِکَ عَلَی اللّٰہِ یَسِیۡرٌ ﴿۲۲﴾ۚ ۖ

No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allah , is easy -

لِّکَیۡلَا تَاۡسَوۡا عَلٰی مَا فَاتَکُمۡ وَ لَا تَفۡرَحُوۡا بِمَاۤ اٰتٰىکُمۡ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ لَا یُحِبُّ کُلَّ مُخۡتَالٍ فَخُوۡرِ ۣ ﴿ۙ۲۳﴾

In order that you not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you. And Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful -

I have met people who look good and I have met people who are good. There's a huge difference between the two.

I have met people who call themselves influencers and I have met normal people who actually influence me. There's a huge difference.

I have met people who keep telling about their hardships and I have met people who are silently trying to overcome their storms. There's a huge difference.

I have met people who try and call themselves depressed and I have met people who are fighting with depressing daily without even mentioning anything about it. There's a huge difference.

I met people who are famous and I have met people who have talent. There's a huge difference.

I have met people who are good in studies and I have met people who are successful. There's a huge difference.

There are always two sides of the coin. What you see is not always the truth. 🤗

وَ لَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَۃٌ وِّزۡرَ اُخۡرٰی ؕ وَ اِنۡ تَدۡعُ مُثۡقَلَۃٌ اِلٰی حِمۡلِہَا لَا یُحۡمَلۡ مِنۡہُ شَیۡءٌ وَّ لَوۡ کَانَ ذَا قُرۡبٰی ؕ اِنَّمَا تُنۡذِرُ الَّذِیۡنَ یَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّہُمۡ بِالۡغَیۡبِ وَ اَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ ؕ وَ مَنۡ تَزَکّٰی فَاِنَّمَا یَتَزَکّٰی لِنَفۡسِہٖ ؕ وَ اِلَی اللّٰہِ الۡمَصِیۡرُ ﴿۱۸﴾

And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination.

(Surat No 35 : سورة فاطر - Ayat No 18)

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
"Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return"
