The days of large incisions are over .Now procedures can be done through laparoscopy with small incisions and patient goes home the very next day Alhamadulillah. Laparoscopic Appendectomy in one of our patients :)

Sigmoid volvulus ...sometimes in elderly individuals intestine rotates along ts axis and causes obstruction, a very emergent case for surgical exploration....did resection and stoma, patient recovered well Alhamadulillah :)
