This initiative aims to promote Karachi’s environmental awareness, reduce carbon footprint, and beautify our city with greenery. 🍀🌳

Campaign task:

Plant at least five mature saplings, in your vicinity/neighborhood.

Make a video/picture of the plantation activity and send it to The Next School’s official Facebook and Instagram page.

You will be then featured in our special montage video at the end of the campaign which will be posted throughout our social media platforms

We encourage all students to participate in this noble cause and spread the word among their friends, so they can also participate in it!

On Summer Camp Day 6, the kids enjoyed watching Kung Fu Panda 3, transformed into Mini Master Chefs during the Mojito Making activity, showcased their creativity with various Art Work, engaged in انداز گفتگو (conversation style), and learned essential skills at the Aid Station

On the fifth day of summer camp, the children participated in a variety of enriching activities. The day started with a role play of the grocery store, where they took on different roles such as cashier, customer, and stocker. This activity helped them develop social skills and basic math abilities as they interacted and made transactions using play money and toy groceries. Following this, they enjoyed kahani sunana enhancing their language skills and cultural appreciation.
The next activity was an introduction to addition, where the children learned basic addition. They practiced adding numbers through interactive group exercises, building a strong foundation in math. To get their bodies moving, a fun-filled Zumba Mania session promoting physical fitness and coordination.
While Group B children took part in a sandwich making activity, where they learned to follow instructions and make their own sandwiches, fostering independence and practical life skills. Later in the day, they engaged in a bill writing activity, where they learned to write bills by filling in blank templates helping them understand the format and details involved in creating a bill. The diverse range of activities ensured that the day was filled with learning, creativity, and fun.
