TYPES OF HEADACHES

Migraines:

Treatment: Migraine-specific medications, prescribed by a healthcare provider, can help manage migraines. Avoiding triggers, getting enough sleep, and practicing relaxation techniques may also help prevent or reduce the frequency and severity of migraines.

Cluster Headaches:
Causes: The exact cause is not known, but they often occur in clusters over a specific period, with severe, recurring pain.
Treatment: Oxygen therapy and certain medications prescribed by a healthcare provider can help manage cluster headaches. Some preventive medications may also be recommended.

Sinus Headaches:
Causes: Often associated with sinusitis, which is inflammation or infection of the sinuses.
Treatment: Treating the underlying sinusitis with antibiotics (if it's bacterial) or other appropriate treatments can alleviate sinus headaches. Over-the-counter decongestants and pain relievers may provide relief.
