When I looked up the Urdu word صندوقچی in English language, to my surprise the word pyxis has an interesting second meaning.
Another meaning for the same word Pyxis is a small and faint constellation in the southern sky.
The plane of the Milky Way passes through Pyxis. A faint constellation, its three brightest stars—Alpha, Beta and Gamma Pyxidis—are in a rough line.

I thought of the name صندوقچی because it reminds me of the time my mom had one and we used to keep some clothes and things which were meant to be used on special occasions only. For me as a child that established something super magical and dear to our heart is hidden in that old tin box.

I designed this pyxis (صندوقچی) around that notion of that exclusive use. The size was well thought and experimented with for the longest time.
There are only three pieces available and this product shall not be repeated. So apart from you there will only be two other owners to this gorgeous piece.
