4 year old child with pelvic ureteric junction obstruction ( PUJO) with Crossing vessel. Laparoscopic pyeloplasty done.

PUJO can also be done laparoscopic with minimal pain quick recovery.
It is currently the standard of care .
This is a case of 3 year old child with PUJO.

Pelvis ureteric junction obstruction ( PUJO) is congenital condition,in this condition there is blockage of passing of urine from kidney to ureter.
In neonates or infant of 1 to 6 months of age it can be done by 2 cm incision with lesser pain and early recovery without drain placement and surgery scar with the passage of time fade away.

Laser stone endoscopic surgery are keyhole minimal invasion with less pain and quick recovery

Tancuff catheter for peritoneal dialysis in pediatric patients.

18 months Female child came in emergency department with anuria for 2 days creatinine of 5 .
She was clinical not in over load and after review of pediatric nephrology department , emergency URS and double J stent insertion was done .On 2 ND post operative day the creatinine was 0.3 and after the diuretic phase was over she was discharged home.
