Lack of education & knowledge = lack of exposure = weak mind = physical labour is the only way to make a living.

Announcing "Doomsday Journal"

Growing up, from the age of 9, I saw the end of my life, the world, and the universe in dozens of different horrific (and beautiful) nightmares. Until my early 20s, these nightmares would wake me up with shortness of breath, many times aggressively choking and reaching out to an unknown hand or something to hold onto to save myself. These encounters in the dream world triggered an obsession in my waking life with daydreaming and fantasizing about living different lives in different timelines, different names, different parents, different families; and eventually dying different deaths. In one life I was a messiah trying to save the world (I know I know savior complex), in the other a professor teaching maths, a ruthless gangster, a scientist, a mafia leader, a poet, a sailor, a WWE wrestler (first one to break Goldberg's winning streak) and so on.

In my mid-20s, after experiencing some tragic events, a spiritual awakening (a story for another day), and some profound moments of clarity, I became aware of the fact that I sometimes foresee future events in my dreams, think in pictures, and have natural pattern-recognition abilities; this led me to the realization that these skills can be consciously and actively developed, and coupled with my obsessive fantasizing skills, can be used to predict and identify patterns about people, scenarios, and the future.

Privately, I have inked hundreds of writings over the years which have now turned into a mountain and I've decided to publish them, along with new writings. I call these writings "Doomsday Journal"; they don't focus on doom only, they are observations on human behavior, mass psychology, future technologies, future finance, post-apocalyptic scenarios, religion, and so on. Les Propheties' sequel?

The main idea of sharing these writings is to have an online public archive, attract other deep and critical thinkers, and pick their brains (pun intended).

Interestingly, I chose my art name Sanki when I started graffiti at 13, for the very reason that Sanki, an Urdu/Hindi word, is commonly translated as "crazy", "rebellious" etc. However, after almost 10 years, I found out that the real meaning of Sanki is "deep thinker"; coincidence? Accident (if such a thing exists)? We'll never know. Or maybe I should, for the first time ever, overthink myself to death about a new life where I finally solved this mystery.

I don't know how regularly I will be posting these entries and can't promise that they will make any sense to every reader, but I can assure you that whoever understands them will be deeply intellectually amused, or horrified.

As you all know, I’ve been working in the Blockchain & Web3 industry for the past 2 years as a Strategic Advisor and I am currently in Singapore to attend the TOKEN2049 Singapore 2023, one of the top blockchain conferences in the world!

Representing the creative powerhouse Mindkix Labs as their Strategic Advisor with my brother and Mindkix CEO Danial Shaikh, it was 2 days of nonstop networking (and walking), attending exceptional keynotes and panels from industry leaders, and enjoying the amazing food 🍱

I was also networking to gather RWA partners for my RWA expo, Weta: the world’s 1st global RWA Tokenization expo, and for its RWA Global Networking Hub that I’ve been building since November 2022 (details coming soon 😈). In relation to that I had very productive and positive conversations with people at Ripple, MakerDAO, Mantle Network, Hedera, Stellar, and Kanga 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

The highlight of the event was watching Balaji Srinivasan’s “The Network State” keynote and his panel discussion with the Winklevoss brothers from Gemini. This event was an outstanding opportunity for companies, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to come together under one roof. TOKEN2049 for me is the industry-standard for blockchain events and I can’t wait to attend the Dubai edition in April ‘24 ⚡️

An amazing day spent at Louvre Abu Dhabi yesterday!

I am deeply touched by the heartwarming reception that I received from the Director and the team. We had a great conversation, I received birthday greetings with gifts (yay!) and at the end I was taken by surprise when taken to a special-access rooftop overlooking the Saadiyat Island uninterrupted; I got to see the ongoing work on Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Grove, Zayed National Museum and Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.

I am totally FLOORED by the love I received ❤️
For people who don’t know, I couldn’t be present at my own show in 2021 due to post-Covid restrictions but sent my work for the exhibition; and yesterday was my very 1st time visiting the museum. Alhamdulillah for everything!!

I had a great start to my day with an early morning meeting with His Highness Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali Al Nuaimi Aka The Green Sheikh at the head office of جمعية الإحسان الخيرية Alihsan Charity Association. He is a true visionary with a charismatic personality and extremely kind nature. We had a long conversation about each other’s fathers and the role they played in our lives, our childhoods and adolescence, our inspirations growing up, and what keeps us going.

It was heart warming to know about Green Sheikh’s passion for personal growth, respect for the environment and his natural interest in bringing out the best in people. I was really moved by his down to earth nature and mannerisms. I believe he is one of those 🇦🇪 leaders whom we should hear more on a regular on all the biggest public forums all around the world, especially those forums that target the youth.

He warmly presented me with an appreciation plaque and 2 signed copies of the English translation of his biography “Soar with the Green Sheikh”. The book can be ordered from here: https://austinmacauley.ae/books/soar-green-sheikh/

I highly recommend it to everyone who is interested in personal development, respecting and becoming one with nature, creative and intellectual growth, and leadership. The proceeds from the book go directly to charity within the Emirates.

Earlier in March, the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority nominated me for a 10-year Golden Visa in the category of Geniuses of Talent/Outstanding Talents in Culture & Arts.
