IEEE WIE AFFINITY GROUP is the local Student branch of Usman Institute of Technology. To make them understand that their contribution matters.
The purpose of IEEE UIT WIE AFFINITY group is to help empower the young women engineers. Since a very low rate of women participation is observed in both the engineering education and workplaces, hence our goal is to encourage the women to give their maximum contribution in such fields. Ramadan is a month of abundant blessings and an opportunity for Muslims to connect with Allah's mercy. It's not just about fasting, but also about celebrating the numerous blessings that Allah bestows upon believers. Our esteemed sister, Huma Tariq Keen, is set to share her insights on how to welcome and make the most of this blessed month for our sisters on March 16th.
Huma Tariq Keen holds a degree in Home Economics from Punjab University and has ten years of teaching experience at Beacon House School System, where she obtained a Teacher's Training Certificate affiliated with Bedford University, London. She has also completed advanced courses in Qur'an, Hadees, and other Islamic studies from Al-Huda International Welfare Foundation.
For the past 15 years, Huma Tariq Keen has been actively involved in Al-Huda's academic activities, and she currently serves as the publicity in charge for the Karachi region while also teaching at Al-Huda.
This event is exclusively for women, and it will be held at the UIT Auditorium on March 16th, 2023. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights on how to welcome Ramadan and receive the maximum benefit from this auspicious month.

Today, we remember the Greatest of all, Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He has proved himself to be the best leaders of all. He did all in his capacity to get a separate homeland for the Muslims of South Asia.
We hope and pray to continue his legacy forward with the same zeal and spirit.

16th Decemeber marks the two tragic incidents in the history of Pakistan. 16th December 1971, where the newly established Pakistan was robbed off its Eastern part and hence the creation of Bangladesh. Whereas 16th December 2014 marks the tragedy when 144 lights of bright futures were put off by the inhuman terrorists.
IEEE UIT WIE pays its tribute to all those who lost their lives to APS ATTACK and DHAKA FALL.
