Beaconhouse Jauhar Campus celebrated the historical event of Lahore Resolution 23 March 1940 on 20th March 2024.Grade 9 learners performed different acts covering the time line of 1927 till 1940. They highlighted the proposal of Simon Commission, its rejection, Nehru Report, Jinnah 14 points, Allahabad Address and Ch. Rehmat Ali "Now or Never". Climax was made interesting by enacting a bow to Gandhi statue and parda banned. Lastly, Molvi Fazal ul Haq's Pakistan Resolution was the milestone in these struggles for getting a separate homeland. The annual celebration of 23 March 1940, called Pakistan Day, commemorated the adoption of the resolution and honoring the sacrifices made by those who fought for the creation of Pakistan.
