A high Rpm loom which allows a greater production as well as a greater efficiency. currently a Judo karate fabric is being woven on it.
Niwar weaving machines are used to weave a small width fabric lined up as belts , these machines considerably work at a very high Rpm giving out the best of quality as well as productions.
Niwars are used in Tents and other canvas Allied products.
low- Rpm machines are used to weave a heavier Gsm fabric to the utmost quality.

which includes a complete unit of manufacturing of Judo karate grey fabric as well as other fabrics such as canvas , latha and dosuti etc.
we use yarn as our raw material only and giving out the product in the form of fabric ready for processing at dyeing or use-able as grey cloth.
our unit includes
1- doubling machines
2- beam rollers conventionally known as Tana
3- weaving looms ( a wide range of all types including shuttle-less , power looms of different sizes and companies)
4- niwar weaving machine
5- Mechanical folding of units of fabric to give precise folding.
6- ultra-violet controlled screening for control of quality.
7 - Best of all considering the current situation of electricity crisis in Pakistan , we have a 100 Kva generator as a backup!
