''بیشک جمعہ میں ایک ایسی گھڑی ہے کوئی مسلمان بندہ نماز کی حالت میں اللہ تعالی سے جو کچھ طلب کرتا ہے تو اللہ تعالی اسکو ضرور عنایت کرتا ہے ـ اور آپ ﷺ نے اپنے ہاتھوں سے
اس وقت کے تھوڑے ہونے کا اشارہ کیا '

World Hepatitis Day is one of eight official disease-specific world health days designated by the World Health Organization.

The annual observance focuses attention on the huge impact of viral hepatitis infection globally – with more than 350 million people worldwide living with either chronic hepatitis B or C.

Organizations around the world use World Hepatitis Day to raise awareness of the problem and what needs to be done to strengthen efforts in prevention, screening and control of viral hepatitis.

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday; on it Adam was created and on it he was made to enter Paradise.

On Friday, also, Adam was expelled from Paradise.
And the [last] hour (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) will take place on no day other than Friday.” (Muslim)

July is known as Ultraviolet Safety Month.
when most of the people spend more time outside making the most of the warmer weather.

The longer your exposure, however, the greater your risk of sun ☀ damage if you're unprotected.

During this time, the mission is to spread awareness about how important it is to protect our eyes and skin from the side effects of UV rays.

The sun is at its peak between 12 am to 4 pm. Head indoors or under shade during these hours. If you stay outside longer for work or play, sunscreen a broad-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and breathable clothing that covers you up can offer the most protection.

’’جس شخص نے وضو کیا اور اچھی طرح سے وضو کیا، پھر جمعہ پڑھنے آیا اور خاموشی سے خطبہ سنا تو اس کے اس جمعہ سے لے کر گزشتہ جمعہ تک اور تین دن زائد کے گناہ معاف کر دیئے جاتے ہیں۔‘‘

World Zoonoses Day, is celebrated annually on July 6 to honour the first immunisation against a zoonotic illness like Avian Influenza, West Nile Virus, or Ebola.

DeafBlind Awareness Week aims to raise awareness and celebrate people living with sight and hearing loss.

This year’s event is June 26, 2022 through July 2, 2022.

DeafBlind Awareness Week commemorates the birthday of Helen Keller, born on June 27.

Keller became deaf and blind due to a childhood illness. She was an activist and disability rights advocate; Keller was the first deafblind person to earn a college degree.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a bacterial infection spread through inhaling tiny droplets from the coughs or sneezes of an infected person. It mainly affects the lungs, but it can affect any part of the body, including the tummy (abdomen), glands, bones and nervous system.

Signs and symptoms of active TB include:

👉Coughing up blood or mucus
👉Chest pain, or pain with breathing or coughing

World Vitiligo Day 2022 is observed on June 25 every year with an aim to create awareness about a rare skin disease – ‘Vitiligo’. Also, known as Leukoderma, Vitiligo is a chronic skin autoimmune condition that leads to formation of white or light patches on the body of the sufferer.

World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) is held on June 14 each year.

The event was organised for the first time in 2005, by a joint initiative of the World Health Organization, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to raise awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products, and to thank blood donors for their voluntary, life-saving gifts of blood.

The World Blood Donor Day slogan for the year 2022 is “Donating blood is an act of solidarity.
