Without any delay Youth decided to stand with their minorities where all the participants strongly condemned the incident of Jaranwala

Lahore August 18:
Youth Council for Interfaith Peace and Harmony, affiliated with Faces Pakistan, organized a peace walk in front of Lahore Press club to record their protest incident of Jaranwala, misbehave with religious minorities, the burning of churches and their residences. Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian youth participated in the peace walk.
The participants strongly condemned the tragedy in Jaranwala and raised slogans for peace. The youths were holding various playcards on which different writings were written, such as Aman Hamari Chaal, Aman Hamara Chalan and the demand for an independent inquiry. On this occasion, the coordinator Saira Butt said that Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and Hindus are all concerned about this incident.
This incident is an attempt to disrupt peace in the country. Nabeel Anthony, a member of the core team, said that on such an occasion, the entire nation expresses solidarity with the Christian community. In the religion of Islam, good behavior towards religious minorities has also been mentioned. Balbir Singh from the Sikh community said that we want a peaceful Pakistan. Tamar Masih said that we always want an independent inquiry into this incident. Sameer Andreas said that we have to believe in peace and national unity to deal with this anxiety disorder in the country. All the youths appeal to the Punjab government to give severe punishment to the miscreants because it is not acceptable for anyone to attack each other by simply accusing them. The youth also said that no one can even think of desecrating the Holy Quran, but attacking in religious places of worship is not acceptable to anyone. Gohar Ali, Muhammad Waleed, Nauman Gul, Mahendra Pal, Harbjan Singh, Hiba Nazir, Saba, Ahsan Rafiq and others participated in the peace walk.

Members of Core team members conduct an urgent meeting to discuss and address the recent incident in Jaranwala under the supervision of the President of Faces Pakistan Mr. Javaid William . It was decided in the meeting that Youth of different communities should organize Peace Walk and the Agenda of the Peace walk was to urge the government to identify the main person/group responsible for the incident. It appears that this incident was intended to create a divide within the community. 💯

Diverse diplomats and organizations, including YCIPHP, NCIPHP, and SPIRIT, gathered to discuss. Religious Scholars, Professors and Former Minister Tahir Khalil Sandhu were the panalists.

Panelists engaged in a thought-provoking discussion, led by President Faces Pakistan Mr Javaid William , addressing questions from the audience as well.

Participants from various communities across Pakistan came together for this inclusive event. Youth raised Placards to show solidarity and also condemned the Incident (desecration of Holy Quran is Sweden) happened on Eid-al-Adha.
