For the initial 3 days, maintain a layer of still water on the surface. This guards against quick evaporation and helps the slab gain initial strength. Following this, shower the slab 4 to 5 times daily to keep it consistently moist.

Over the next 15 to 18 days, the slab will gradually gain strength. It's important to note that during this period, the framework below should not be removed until the full 18 days have passed. This allows the concrete to achieve its intended strength and durability.

Keep an eye on the weather – in sunny and hot conditions, the slab might need extra attention to prevent excessive drying and cracking. By following these basic steps and giving your RCC slab the time it needs to cure, you're ensuring a strong and resilient foundation for your project. 🏢💪
