We rescued this poor female dog from the road where she was lying helpless in a puddle in the middle of the road.

She was run over and lost the ability to walk

She is now with us at the shelter

We successfully rescued the puppy we posted about earlier. He cant use his hind legs due to the accident. But as he’s still in the growing and developing stage he might recover.

Recently pets day at various schools, institutions, parks and even shopping malls has been celebrated. What needs to be kept in mind is the fine line between PETS and CAPTIVE WILD ANIMALS. Many people have been showing off their exotic and wild captive animals which is not only wrong but also mostly illegal as these species can’t be under possession. Some of the animals are allowed with licenses from wildlife but people don’t even have those and are openly keeping wild animals as pets.

The animals that have been in captivity since birth cant even be sent back to their natural habitat so basically their lives are ruined.

What’s worst is that the general public finds amusement and pleasure in seeing these poor wild hostages being shown as objects and Products.

Please boycott this form of entertainment, this is not right. Dont teach your kids to steal animals from their homes and keep them as slaves.

Wild animals are not pets!

Recently a huge show was set up at a mall in Lahore where large number of wild animals were brought. Team along with wildlife department raided the mall and confiscated some of the animals and took legal action.

Some of the poor wild animals were badly injured too and still used for entertainment. They are currently being treated.

The abusers are not the wrong ones alone, it’s the people and general public that pays for this type of entertainment.

The sweetest and most adorable baby that is another hit and run victim who got paralysed and couldn’t walk due to a broken spine.

He no longer has to be on the roads in the cold

One of the puppies we posted about earlier who was run over by a car and couldn’t move.

His hip joint is dislocated and poor baby is with us now, getting examined, fed and treated.

Two puppies were found in a very bad state in the street. One of them was dead and the other is sick and shivering lying in the dumpster. No trace of their mother.

We rescued this poor donkey recently. His owner abondoned him tying him up with a pole to die. His body is full of bruises and has burn marks too. The vet cleaned the wounds, gave pain shots and
Vitamins too.

He’s sadly on the last stages of his life, it is sad how they work all their life and then discarded like junk.

Our shelter is a home to 70 plus donkeys of similar fate. Please continue helping so we can save them from dying on the streets.

Update on the sweetest boy who was found with an acute maggot infestation that led to his dangling ear condition. 💔

He was rescued and brought into our care and is under treatment - he shuts his eyes to escape the pain throughout his sessions.

Thank you society at LUM’s for inviting us to their pet festival - it was an absolute bliss to be a part of the event and to see our youth develop interest in animal welfare, initiating more animal friendly activities!

Whenever war, earthquakes, disasters or even epidemics hit a society it is not only humans that suffer but animals too (equally). They are part of our society and living beings.

Whatever is happening at G@Z@ breaks our hearts and crushes our souls. The humans and animals are going through the worst forms of abuse and torture. The animals and humans all are homeless at one level in the current situation, all are injured, starved, homeless and mostly orphans.

While there is absolutely no transportation available due to the damaged vehicles and fuel shortage the donkeys are playing a very important role in transportation. Infact they are currently the only mode of transportation. These are the brave hero’s that have not eaten for days, earlier we read that some of the donkeys were given water after 5 days so they are able to carry on. This is so sad. There have been haunting videos of kittens stuck under the rubble struggling to escape. Dead animals lying around with human bodies. Thousands of animals are being horribly maimed and killed, as well as abandoned, starved, dehydrated and sickened, as a result of the attacks.

We have been short of words to speak up on this, we have been watching everything but feel helpless, the least we can do is share. Ps the silence of all this abuse from is shocking.

Currently there is shortage of medicines for humans so we can well imagine there is nothing for animals. That shatters our souls.

Please take out a minute and say a prayer for our brothers and sisters AND the ANIMALS of P@lestine. May God have mercy and make things better for them. 🙏🏼💔

Not only can you report cruelty done on animals but you can also, report a missing pet, a dog bite case with proofs, a sick or injured animal and register for adoptions and volunteer programs too.

This makes us extremely happy, this is the Pakistan we dreamt of. This is the change we dreamt of, and it’s all happening for real for the first time ever. This is a designed and successful model that other provinces can use to help the animals.

This is something that will remain forever, we are honoured to be part of this entire journey from brainstorming to field work to helping develop this software. We were part of this all ❤️

We’ve struggled for over 5 years, countless useless and pointless meetings with various departments and officials but no one ever did anything for animals. We almost gave up and were hopeless until we found this amazing set of humans at that are doers, that are honest and make things happen!

Update on the sweet baby suffering from nasal and oral bleeding.

He was rescued and brought into our care - our angel has a fractured jaw which is suspected to have resulted due to an accident.

We’re seeing a veterinarian who will further guide us if he can bear surgery.

Our angel is currently under treatment and admitted at the clinic.

We also rescued this beautiful girl from Kamoke, which is on the outskirts of Lahore.

She’s suffering from a severe Transmissible venereal tumour ( TVT ) which is excruciatingly painful to undergo.

What you see is not all there is to the picture - we’re going beyond our capacity to take these angels out of their misery and help them at a second chance at a comfortable and safe life.

Seeing them heal is the most rewarding and it’s from that which we get the push to keep going. ❤️‍🩹

We remain physically and mentally exhausted, numb from what we have to witness on a daily - it’s not easy being on the move 24/7 to rescue these poor animals off the streets suffering from the worst of conditions but we continue to do it . . .

Despite all odds, we stay steadfast in our mission to bring Justice for Kiki - it was her loss that ignited the fire in us to help all those on the streets and we owe it to her to never give up on what we’re ought to do.

The sweetheart suffering from Scabies has been rescued and is now in our care.

This sweet baby was reported with severe bleeding nasal and oral bleeding- supposedly from an accident or dog fight.

He’s in immense pain and needs to be rescued otherwise, he won’t be able to survive.

The poor kitty that we rescued last night is now boarded at the vet and undergoing further tests as there is blood in her urine also.

The Polo in Pink event was a wonderful hit! We had Mr.Hopps, our rescued bunny to accompany us at the stall where we educated visitors about both JFK and P.A.R.C.‘s activities, brochures were distributed and some lovely donors also came along to support us along with the cutest furry friends!!
