Sometimes we make a few extras of whatever we were making that day for orders and throw them together to make a unique teatime box.

All customers are send a message of the teatime box deal and its surprising how quickly they get snapped up!
The only downside is, I don't offer delivery for it. So those who are near me are the ones who can enjoy it.

Everytime I make these pide shaped fatayers, it takes me back to coop supermarket in Abu hail where they had these freshly made....the aroma wafting in the air of bread. The cheese so delicious, infused with parsely. One couldn't help but buying the cheese fatayers

Sfeeha is Lebanese meat pie or savoury pastry. You could say it's like a mini pizza.
I quite liked my version of Sfeeha made today. I used chicken qeema as filling but decided to add some cheese on top with fresh parsely to ramp up the savoury flavour.
