-Is this act even lawful?
-What is the reason behind this act of the Lahore Bar Association?
- If it is betterment for the lawyers then what are the benefits?
-How will this new court fee impact access to justice for marginalized communities and individuals with limited financial means?
-Has the Lahore Bar Association provided any justification or rationale for implementing this fee at this particular time?
-Are there alternative measures that could achieve the same objectives without imposing an additional financial burden on litigants?
-How will this fee be utilized by the Lahore Bar Association, and will there be transparency regarding its allocation and expenditure?
-What steps, if any, are being taken to ensure that this fee does not disproportionately affect certain segments of society or hinder their ability to pursue legal recourse?
-Has there been any consultation or engagement with stakeholders, including legal aid organizations and civil society groups, prior to the implementation of this fee?
