After the successful ex*****on of 1st National Youth Peace Festival 2010 and Asian Youth Conference and Peace Festival 2011, Chanan Development Association (CDA)' a national youth-led organization presents 3rd Annual National Youth Peace Festival 2012 with the theme Together, we are the Solution! The 3rd NYPF 2012 will bring 600 young people from all over th
e country for thought provoking plenaries and panel discussions, breakout sessions by the experts in the field, formal and informal learning and networking, cultural celebrations, music, arts, theatre and alot of fun. Senior Government Officials, High Profile Political Leaders, Religious Scholars, Educationalists, Entrepreneurs, Human Rights Activists, Media Personnel and celebrities will enrich the festivity and learning of NYPF'12. Objectives of the 3rd NYPF 2012:
There are three major objectives of the 3rd Annual NYPF 2012, i.e. to
• Provide the young people of Pakistan with a platform to discuss national challenges towards PEACE and advocate for meaningful youth participation in decision/ policy making processes regarding Peace at domestic, community and policy levels.
• Experience an intercultural dialogue to promote networking among young people at a national scale to celebrate the vast cultural and religious diversity for bringing the youth sprite and festivity back to the country
• To develop and collect the recommendations of young people from across country to address the challenges to counter extremism
3. Any individual young person between 15 – 29 years who fulfil the following criteria can apply to be the delegate of the 3rd NYPF 2012,
• Must be a Pakistani national and living in Pakistan
• Must be a student or member of the Youth Network/or Organization
• Commitment to promote PEACE, Human Rights, Democratic values
Educational Institutions, & youth organizations / networks can also nominate their representatives.

Early Bird Registration: 10th of July to 15th August, 2012, Registration FEE, PKR 2,500/-
Late Registration: 16th August to 31st August 2012, Registration FEE, PKR 4,000/-
Last Minute Registration: 1st Sep to 15th Sep 2012, Registration FEE PKR 6,000/-
*ALL APPLICANTS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THIS ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM WHICH WILL BE CLOSED ON 15th SEPTEMBER 2012.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION AS A DELEGATE IS SUBJECT TO THE SUBMISSION OF FEE, and NOT just filling the REGISTRATION FORM.
***WE WILL ENTERTAIN APPLICATIONS ON FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS (THE EARLY YOU SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM & FEE, THE EARLY YOU GET YOUR PLACE RESERVED AS A DELEGATE)
****THE DELEGATES will be provided with FREE festival material, certificates of participation and meals during the festival. CDA will also arrange accommodations and local transportation for delegates coming from outside LAHORE, however, THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO COVER THEIR OWN TRAVEL COST FROM THEIR CITY TO LAHORE AND BACK. (A support letter can be provided to delegates to find travel sponsorship)
