Prof Dr Dawood Jan (Vice Chancellor University of Agriculture Swat) Assumed the additional charge of Vice Chancellor, the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Swat in addition to his own duties as stop gap arrangment. He was briefed regarding different sections of University. Vice Chancellor Praised the staff and assured to leave no stone unturned for the Uplift of Veterinary profession.

UVAS Swat - University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (Worthy Vice Chancellor) & Circle International Company inked MOU, for the uplift of Veterinary Education in Pakistan.

UVAS Swat Got 1st Position in Inter provincial Universities Skit competition arranged by WATSAN Cell KP Peshawar
The Event was Held in University of Peshawar in which different universities from all over the province participated and The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Swat got 1st Position among all.
This was a Team Effort and Special Thanks to Prof Dr Umer Sadique VC UVAS Swat, Dr Faisal Anwar, Dr Khalid Khan, Dr Maryum Iqbal, Mr Fazal Haq and Dear Students for their tireless efforts and making the Dream come True.

Practical exposure visit of DVM second semester students to Azi-Kheli buffalo conservation farm Charbagh Swat under the supervision of Dr.Khalid Khan (Assistant Director ORIC UVAS Swat). Various practicals related to DVM curriculum were performed under the supervision of farm management team. Spacial thanks to Worthy Vice Chancellor UVAS Swat Prof.Dr Umar Sadique for, providing the opportunity to students and farm management team, Dr.Ijaz sb (Director farm) and Dr Rahimullah (Veterinary Officer) for entertaining the students.
