سرکاری میڈیکل اور ڈینٹل کالجوں میں داخلے کی عبوری میرٹ لسٹ جاری

یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز نے جمعہ کے روز پنجاب کے سرکاری میڈیکل اور ڈینٹل کالجوں میں داخلوں کی عبوری میرٹ لسٹ جاری کردی۔ ٹاپ 5000 اہل امیدواروں کی لسٹ ویب سائٹ پر جاری کی گئی۔ عبوری لسٹ اوپن میرٹ اور کوٹہ سیٹوں پر داخلے کیلئے لگائی گئی ہے۔ میرٹ لسٹ میں سے 3389 امیدواروں کو ہی ایم بی بی ایس اور بی ڈی ایس میں داخلہ مل سکے گا۔ لسٹ کے مطابق ایم بی بی ایس کیلئے اوپن میرٹ 91.3 اور بی ڈی ایس کیلئے 91.1 فیصد رہنے کا امکان ہے۔ امیدوار عبوری میرٹ لسٹ کے حوالے سے اعتراضات اگلے 48 گھنٹے کے اندر درج کراسکتے ہیں۔ ترجمان یو ایچ ایس کے مطابق اعتراضات صرف آن لائن کمپلینٹ پورٹل کے ذریعے وصول کیے جائیں گے۔ اعتراض کے ساتھ متعلقہ دستاویزی ثبوت بھی اپ لوڈ کرنا لازمی ہوگا۔ تمام اعتراضات کا جائزہ لینے کے بعد حتمی میرٹ لسٹ 12 دسمبر کو آویزاں کی جائے گی۔ امیدواروں کو میڈیکل اور ڈینٹل کالجز اسی حتمی میرٹ لسٹ کی بنیاد پر الاٹ کیے جائیں گے۔ داخلہ میرٹ اور کالجز کیلئے امیدوار کی دی گئی چوائس کی بنیاد پر دیا جائے گا۔ میڈیکل کالج الاٹمنٹ کیلئے پہلی سلیکشن لسٹ 15 دسمبر کو جاری کی جائے گی۔

Govt of Punjab(Medical Education department) has recently published the admission policy and criteria for MBBS/BDS programs. According to this policy, 50% of the selection criteria are based on the MDCAT exam, 40% on FSC marks, and 10% on matriculation marks.

Notably, the policy does not mention the consideration of elective subjects, if there were any such considerations. This means that for this year, all candidates will have their full marks considered, as per the policy set by the Punjab Government. It's important to note that admission policies may vary in other provinces, as it's within the jurisdiction of the respective provincial governments to make changes as needed.

Public notice by UHS regarding documents for admission in medical and dental colleges

*Inquiry into Leaked MDCAT 2023 Papers*

Karachi (20.09.23) Caretaker Minister Health, Sindh, instructed that the highest level of inquiry will take place in regards to the leaked MDCAT papers.

The first meeting for the inquiry of the leaked MDCAT papers has taken place.

Under the supervision of the Special Secretary Health Sindh the established committee includes Registrar IBA and Additional Secretary Board and Universities Department.

Deputy Secretary Sindh Services, General Administration, Coordination Department, Director FIA, Cyber Crime, and others were also included as members of the established committee.

The leaking of the MDCAT 2023 papers was confirmed through print, electronic and social media reports, said Caretaker Minister Health, Sindh, Dr. Saad Niaz.

The investigations for this incident will be conducted and the committee formed for this inquiry is of the highest standard, he added.

The investigations into the matter have been launched today and will be concluded as soon as possible, Dr Saad Niaz remarked.

As soon as the source of this leak is confirmed it will be disclosed, he said.

No one will be allowed to kill the progress that will be made on merit, Dr. Saad Niaz declared.

The culprits responsible for this will be found and they will be dealt with strictly, Interim Minister Health said.
