DM Flows is a growing digital marketing agency with an international clientele. We are seeking fresh graduates from well-reputed universities who are looking to fast-track of their careers by gaining industry-relevant knowledge and skills.

The ideal candidate shall work directly with the CEO and maintain the daily tasks and reports on his behalf.

Maintains the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings and conferences. Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications.

Prepare proposals, reports, internal team reports, and other tasks.

Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, and reports. Handles telephone answering and responding to queries.

Take minutes during meetings.

Acts as the point of contact between the CEO, employees, and other external partners.

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Sufficient knowledge of how to use relevant software like Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO and SEM and Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
