ٹرانسپیڈیکیولر اسپائن فکسیشن ایک جراحی عمل ہے جو ریڑھ کو مضبوط بنانے کے لئے استعمال ہوتا ہے، عام طور پر ریڑھ کے مہرے ٹوٹنے کی صورت میں یا کچھ دوسری بیماریوں کے معاملات میں کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس میں ریڑھ کی ہڈی میں سکریو ڈالے جاتے ھیں ۔ یہ سکروں کو پھر راڈز سے جوڑا جاتا ہے، جو ریڑھ کو طاقت فراہم کرتا ہے اور مضبوط کرتا ہے۔ یہ تکنیک عام طور پر ریڑھ کی فیوژن جراحیوں میں استعمال ہوتی ہے تاکہ اس طرح کے حالات جیسے کہ ریڑھ کی ہڈی کا ٹوٹنا، اسکولیوسس، یا دوسرے ریڑھ کے امراض کا علاج کیا جا سکے۔

This pt presented with history of weakness of left side of the body. CT scan Brain showed acute on chronic subdural hematoma. Burr hole craniectomies were done. Now pt came for follow up on with marked clinical improvement. Video shared with consent.
