In the context of the Russia-Ukraine crisis and the Israel-Palestine issue, both conflicts have had significant environmental impacts.

In the Russia-Ukraine crisis, there have been reports of environmental damage, such as damage to water supplies, industrial facilities, and ecosystems due to the conflict. The disruption of critical infrastructure can have long-lasting environmental consequences.

Similarly, the Israel-Palestine issue has witnessed environmental challenges, with issues like deforestation, damage to agricultural lands, smog and pollution caused by the conflict. The ongoing tensions and conflicts in the region have made it difficult to address and mitigate these environmental concerns.

Efforts to prevent the exploitation of the environment in these conflict zones are essential to protect both the natural world and the well-being of the people living in these areas. International awareness and initiatives to address these issues are important steps towards minimizing the environmental impact of armed conflicts.

China is one of the world's four ancient civilizations, and the written history of China dates back to the Shang Dynasty (c. 1600–1046 BC), over 3,000 years ago.
The Chinese civilization originated in the Hwang Ho and Yangtze river basins, where the ancient farmers' settlements developed into the first Chinese towns and national unions.
The Chinese history may be divided into three periods: Pre-imperial China (the dynasties of Xia, Shang, Zhou up to 221 BC), Imperial China (Qin dynasty 221 BC - Qing dynasty 1911), and New China (1911 – modern time).
China was first united as a single state under Qin Shi Huang in 221 BCE. Orthography, weights, measures, and law were all standardized. Shortly thereafter, China entered its classical age with the Han dynasty (206 BCE – CE 220). During this period, the Chinese empire saw some of its farthest geographical control. Confucianism was officially adopted and its core texts edited into their received forms. The father of Chinese historiography, Sima Qian, produced his seminal Records of the Grand Historian. Wealthy landholding families independent of the ancient aristocracy began to wield significant power. The earliest extant dictionary of the Chinese language was produced, the Shuowen Jiezi. Chinese science and technology during the Han dynasty could be considered on par with that of other ancient civilizations such as Greece and Rome.
With more than 4,000 years of recorded history, China is one of the few existing countries that also flourished economically and culturally in the earliest stages of world civilization. Indeed, despite the political and social upheavals that frequently have ravaged the country, China is unique among nations in its longevity and resilience as a discrete politico-cultural unit
